My wife and I visited Cookies as this is the second time we have vacationed in Cabarette and it is awesome for desserts and just plain great food. It was the second time visiting there this summer and we noticed the lady Elizabeth running the store but her husband Bernard was not there. As we spoke with her we came... More

After reading the reviews we wanted to give this place a try. Stopped in at 12:30 and it was closed. We saw 2 people (assumed was the owners from reading the reviews) sitting inside and asked if they were open? A quick "NO" was answered and not much else. After the greeting, I'm not sure I'll give this place another... More

In a hidden location on the walking path to the beach lies this little gem of a place. Fresh homemade French cuisine, with all the attention to detail that you would expect from a French chef. It's hard to get French cooking this good outside of France. And the selection of deserts ... oh so good!

Really nice homemade cooking, delicious meals and also desserts made from scratch! Cheesecake, dark chocolate brownies, a variety of yummy muffins.... A lot of attention to details. It's not a special occasion restaurant, but if you would like to go out with family or friends and have a freshly cooked reasonably priced tasty dinner in a relaxed atmosphere - this... More

I am so happy a friend of mine told me about this place before I went to Cabarete. I've enjoyed this place the most. Elizabeth and Bernard are wonderful and friendly people, and the food they cook is just amazing. That was the best Hungarian Goulash ever! Paella as well! Whenever I went there for dinner, I bought pastries for... More

This place is best for a casual dinner in Cabarete. The quality of food is super nice and prices are very reasonable. Every night the cook prepares 2-3 dishes to choose from. If you are looking for something special, it is better to order in advance. Anyway, if you visit Cabarete place this place on your list to eat at.
