Big Daddy Pizza

Got the Big Daddy Pizza for take out. Overall pizza was very good. Plenty of toppings and crisp crust. Ordered x-tra sauce but didn’t get much sauce ?? They use canned mushrooms. Not able to order on line, system wasn’t working

Wonderful food and service!!

This is our first time to eat here, but we’ll be back!! We came at opening time (5pm for dinner) and the owner took great care of us, even being short handed since staff was late. Wonderfully friendly and great food!!!!!

I stopped by this place on the way back to the hotel to pick up a menu for my family so we could call in an order. I had eaten at this place before it was good pizza. But I also knew they had steaks and I wanted to try them. When I went into the restaurant an Asian lady "apparently the owner" walked up and I asked for some menus. She seemed to be stunned that I wanted some menus to go. My father and I had just fished a fishing tournament and I wanted to go back to the hotel and clean up before I ate. After cleaning up I called to order for my family. This same lady answered the phone. I could barely understand what she was saying because her English was terrible. But the first thing she did was ask for my name and phone number. I gave her my name "Ford" and she acted like she could not understand what I was saying. So I spelled it for her 3 times and said like the automaker. Then she asked for my phone number which was a Mississippi number. After I gave it to her, she said she needed to know where I lived to take the order. I told her my address and "no, you have to address around here". I told her I was the person that had just come in and got the menus. She said "she didnt trust out of area numbers because people call and order food and dont show up. I said that is awful that people do that. Then she put me on hold. She came back basically saying I could order unless I had a local address. I said well I guess I wont be eating there then, and she said fine and hung up on me. I have been to this place several times before because I always stay right down the street at the Days Inn when I have a fishing tournament in the area. Every time Ive been this lady storms around the restaurant in a bad mood all the time. I actually met who I assume is her husband and he seemed to be a very nice guy. He took my order, asked where I was from and we seemed to hit it off. But Im sorry, his wife is a mean, obnoxious, bossy person that does not need to be in the front of a business like this. She does not treat customers they way they should be treated. And I would have gladly paid for my food over the phone had she requested I do that. She never even gave me that option.

Outstanding service and the pizza & salad were awesome. Topping this off was the friendly and on time service. I wish we had a restaurant in our town like this one.

Arrived around 7:30 but was greeted by all the employees as though we were old friends. The 3 of us ordered different foods, all wete delicious. Mom had a crispy, fresh salad, hubby had pizza & I had the best toasted hoagie type sandwich. My mouth waters just thinking about it! They were also serving catfish dinners that night. Eat there, you won't be sorry!

Very good, but not Chicago-style

When we saw Fox's Pizza den, we thought that we would stop for something different - like, pizza. We had been eating at a host of different restaurants, so we wanted something that we would normally have back home. There is plenty of parking for the Fox's Pizza Den. It has easy access off of and on to Highway 65. We went with a small taco pizza. It was very different and very good. We are used to a deep dish pizza, but this pizza was working for us. The price was reasonable, the staff was efficient and friendly. If we lived in the area, I'm sure that we would be back.

Very good pizza

Staying at State Park nearby and was hungry for pizza. Very good! Came out quickly. Great prices. Friendly staff. Large parking lot if you have a RV. Small salad was only lettuce and cheese with a package of dressing.

We only picked up a pepperoni pizza, but was hot and delicious. My daughters only disappointment was that they did not have housemade ranch to take with. She said she spotted one of the steak dinners and it looked delicious.

Ok for a small town

The pizza was tasty, but the mushrooms were out of a can. The crust and sauce were good. We couldn’t be too choosy when there isn’t much to chose from on this strip of Arkansas.

Pizza AND Steak?

The banner outside read “Cowboy Steaks”... but it’s a pizza place!?! Due to diet restrictions, we often share a plate, this time was no exception. We shared a med rare Center Steak, seasoned new potatoes, steamed vegetables, and a skewer of grilled shrimp, it came with a large slice of garlic toast. The steak itself was grilled PERFECTLY as was the rest of the food. The young lady came to check on us and the owner stepped out to make sure things were cooked to our expectations. I’m not sure how they cooked the potatoes, other than whole, but they were perfectly seasoned and still held their texture. The vegetables were al dente, not mushy, and the shrimp were good. The steak menu offered Large Steak, Small Steak, Center Cut and Fish. Oh, and pizza. The restaurant was very clean, staff friendly and we will return on our next travels to through the south. Very Impressed.

Pizza and Steak? Awesome

My Wife and I were traveling back home from the Gulf to Missouri and were tired so we pulled the motorhome into the state park near here and started looking for Food. After reading the reviews we headed to Fox's for Pizza. They had a long line ahead of us but we stuck it out and boy are we glad we did. My wife had a fantastic pizza and i ordered a Rib Eye (Yes Chare cooked rib eye at a pizza place) One of the best steaks Id ever had. After the family made us feel like their family. Don't miss it, or go out of the way to get here.

Trying to RIP OFF PEOPLE

This place is ridiculous. I placed an order with the young lady at the front who apparently looked new. I specifically asked for an order of 12 wings that cost $8.99 but I wanted it half one flavor and half of another flavor. Upon checking they charged me $5.99 for a 6 piece and $5.99 for another 6 piece. Upon speaking with the owner that came off to be very nice as first, he said everywhere does the same. I advised him that's not true. I shouldn't be charged for two seperate 6 piece when regardless they have to the flavors seperate. I then advised him to give me all 12 piece the same flavor and he tells me "too late" and throws his glasses on the counter with frustration. No where on the menu does it say that and neither was I advised. If I ask for a 12 piece and ask for half one flavor and half another flavor, the lease you can do is explain that you plan on charging me for two seperate 6 pieces which is more expensive.

Traveling home from spending Thanksgiving with friends we happened upon this wonderful restaurant. They open at 11am and welcomed us in 15 minutes early. The other reviews are spot on. We were greeted by the friendly owner and enjoyed an outstanding pizza. The interior was immaculate as well as the bathrooms. While visiting with the owner named Santa (born December 21st) because he was the first born in his family after his parents immigrated from China. What a fun conversation. Don’t hesitate to stop here if passing thru!

Some of the best food in America!!

My partner and I were doing a road trip from Memphis to Natchez and stopped in the Lake Village for one night and boy we are so glad we did. We had a couple of appetizers, the deluxe pizza and a cowboy steak and it was all so delicious. My boyfriend said it was the best steak he has ever eaten. Massive compliments to the chef, who is also a true gentleman. Would definitely recommend!!
