旭川や北海道中央部の旅の〆に、ベタであるだけにどうしても食べたくなる、バターとコーンの典型的な旭川ラーメンが食べられるラーメン屋さん。個人的には、「北海道を楽しんだぞー!」という時に通います。 旭川駅に近いためアクセスしやすく、典型的な大衆食堂と言わんばかりの内装のラーメン屋さんですが、奇を衒ったところが無い分、安心してラーメンを楽しめます。見た目以上にボリュームがあり、バターが入っているためスープがまろやかになりつつもこってりとはなりすぎず、老若男女誰もが楽しめる味付けだと思います。 This Ramen restaurant is a must-visit at the end of a trip to Asahikawa or the central part of Hokkaido. the food is delicious, i try the miso ramen, but my wife try the shoyu ramen. and we really like the ramen here, we even bought their instant ramen version so we can bring it to our home.

Good location for ramen. Simple. I got the miso vegetable Ramen which were very tasty. I had to queue for 20 min but really worth it.

Not all ramen are created equal. There are salty, brown-coloured, broths and milky-coloured ones. But which restaurants really strike the perfect balance of flavoursome soup base to soft, silky noodles to extra ingredients? What is the secret that sets one ramen join apart from another?...Who is top of the broths? My mission to find the best ramen took me to Asahikawa Ramen Village in Hokkaido. The broth is pretty rich here. For the full-on indulgence, go for the charsiew ramen miso. Make sure to add in the butter, just because you can. The gyoza is a worthwhile side. First tried it a couple of years back, and still as good as old time. Thick umami shoyu broth with crunchy cone and butter give you the authentic Hokkaido ramen experience. Restaurant is at basement of a building, bigger space than the Santoku Honten, friendly...staff too.More

Most famous Ramen in Hokkaido. You should try. My favorite one is corn and butter soy Ramen. Very tasty. But most of the times you should get in line, which is very usual in japan ramen resto. 😁👍

Easy to locate this branch on Hewa -dori about 2-3 blocks from the station. It is a basement shop so look for the name 梅光轩

One of the famous "Asahikawa Ramen" shops. Surely Syouyu (soy sause) type is the most famous fraver. This shop's soup comes from pig bones and fish and covered by lard. It is not soly.. bold and smooth tastes. This is the Asahikawa style! I like...it. I will try Sio or Miso next time. The taste is good and easy to order. The vegetables are fresh. Just notice that it opens in HK, Taiwan & Singapore. It is good to find it elsewhere.
