Average food , average service. Some cosy seats some not so much. High prices to basically just pay for the average Simon's Town view.

Staff really friendly, good food, bacon very well done - just the way I like it. The breakfast café is in the middle of a store which just adds to the great atmosphere. It feels like you are dining whilst visiting family or friends which means the whole visit is very relaxed and chilled out. Great spot to stop for... More
We stopped by as we were planning to hold a function. What a lovely place to visit, eat and drink while enjoying the ambiance of Simonstown. Convivial. Enjoy. A recommended stopover while in Town. Near to most attractions. Reasonable parking nearby. On the main road in the centre of town. Fantastic location. Views.
We stopped off here for lunch on a lovely sunny day, perfect spot with lovely outlook. Menu looked good. Service could have been better, especially considering they weren't busy. Food came and looked disappointing, portions small and no real effort made regarding presentation. The bread was stale too. Perhaps an OK spot for a tea or coffee, but not food.
Was very disappointing in their service. Took the waiter 15 minutes to get a coffee and coke. it was not like they were busy at all. Waitress was not even interested in us when we had to stand up and go to the counter to pay. A bit pricey, Quality of food was good. Such a pity about the service,... More
The Meeting Place is perfectly situated in the middle of Simonstown. The view over the harbor is second to none. The lower area features a quint shop with small eats, while the upstairs (tucked away up some tricky stairs) features a more robust menu. The food was well prepared and several of the dishes we sampled were quite nice. The... More
Greta breakfast menu. Being upstairs in the main road of Simon's Town makes it a good place to watch the town go about it's leisurely pace.
