Surprisingly good Indian food in pleasant surroundings and friendly service. Reasonably priced and best bit is you can BYOB. Small corkage charge. Coming from London, I would say this is better than most of your average London neighbourhood curry houses, unless you live near Tooting or Southall!
Having a deep love for indian food, this restaurant was a lovely, refreshing experience. Everything was just right. Food superior quality, restaurant spotlessly clean and staff exceptional. We had our young kids with us which can be difficult at times, but was not a problem for the very understanding staff. Highly reccommend, and will be back. S.J. Robinson
The Prawn starter in a pancake at The Stars of India is just to die for, I've no interest in testing anything else, why reinvent the wheel? This time I stayed with seafood and had Prawn Jalfrezi, excellent choice. The food here is consistently good and I've always been satisfied that I made the right choice, dining at The Stars!... More
If you want a great Indian meal this is the place to go! Great staff etc. Great selection of food, and you can bring your own wine which is great.
