Dom Planincev - my favourite inn in Logarska (delicious food)

Dom Planincev or Home of the mountaineers is nice in many ways: it is situated near the Savinja creek and thus near hiking trail and kind staff offers you delicious local food (including trout)

Check their timetable

We expected that this place with large parking area will be open for holidays. It was not. So, we proceeded to Plesnik inn.

Could be better

Reasonable prices but not very good food. We were disappointed over mushroom soup and Barley soup (ricet). On the other hand the staff is friendly and location is great (you can also sit in the forest)- kids loved it.

Good place for a brunch

This is nice place to have a rest and to enjoy local food. Very friendly staff. It can be also a good starting point to visit some mountains around or eagles nest near the Rinka waterfall.

good Slovene food

Nice place for a stop - hungry or not! If you want to try some Slovene food, this is the right place! Lots of selection, reasonable prices, atentive staff...

Nice trip to Logarska Dolina and lunch in Dom planincev

The kids like it so much. Their food is very good. We have a nice time and staff are realy very frendly.

Good food, excellent service

Here you will find some very nice Slovenians who will serve you so delicious food for a little money. Simple but a vey nice place!

A great stop on your hiking path

Excellent spot for enjoying a simple meal or refreshment on the way up or down from the mountain. The staff is very friendly and the food is simple but authentic.

Best food in Logarska dolina

Do not go for the a la carte menu, but try local dishes instead. Delicious and priced reasonably. Recommend mesni zlinkrofi. A local twist on a traditional Slovenian food. Great ajdovi žganci as well.

Nice place to make a break

It is on the way to waterfall Rinak so we made a little break here for refreshments. Stuff was friendly and outside sitting area offered us nice shade on a sunny warm day. Owner came to greet us and even brought out a book about...LOgarska valley for us to check while we were sitting that was very kind of him.More
