I've been there everyday for breakfast and for lunch. The staff is very kind and always happy. The food is really good and high quality. Their salads are delicious and clean. "Humitas" are the best. The place is clean and not so crowded.

We were six persons visiting Salas for lunch. Meals were not brought to the table at the same time. The youngest one got his last. Food was average except for the last one who got undercooked breaded pork. When we asked for this to be corrected they fried the pieces it a bit more but not enough. Cajamarca got so... More

My husband and I would definitely go there for their "mates o infusiones" (herbal teas). It's the real thing not in tea bags. Made from scratch with herbs. You have plenty of choices. We tried the coca and the mix. Prices are reasonable, convenient location right on main square and it opens at 7am. Most cafes open around 8:30. Also... More

Not quite sure why this restaurant is so highly recommended. Although the service was excellent, the ribs I had were fatty, chewy and tough. My wife enjoyed her trout for the most part, but overall neither of us would recommend it.

Make yourself a favor and don't come. I asked for al pesto pasta and 30 minutes later they brought a green pasta soup. I asked to take it away and they refused saying they will fix it. Later they brought a green pasta that tasted horrible. They use monosodium glutamate as principal ingredient of all their food. The price is... More

.Good range of dishes, very good service, wide range of choices from the specials menu. Good sized portions good service and good food. This place is not over-hyped in the guide books and is an interesting experience to boot. Sadly the beer, whilst not expensive is a tad overpriced. Very popular and should you have to queue to be seated... More

We ordered chicken soup. Huge bowl and tasty. Restaurant looks like it isn't going to be good but it was.

Rather to our surprise – given its position on a busy seafront – this was one of the best restaurants we found in Northern Peru. The seafood was extravagant in both quantity and quality and the breezy veranda overlooking the Pacific a perfect place to linger well into the afternoon.

Its a local restaurant frequented by locals . It has its charm but its not classy. They have an extensive menu but many items were not available. the food is vasic but tasty . Its a little step back in time.

I hoped to eat some good traditional peruvian food, but I was totally disappointed. Low quality, not recommended.
