Patsy's is a nice little breakfast/lunch place located between Beaumont and Banning, right off the I-10. Had a breakfast sandwich that was good, but not over the top. I felt the prices are a little higher than a couple of similar cafes, but not enough to break the bank.. What I will say is, that the service was exceptional.. And... More

Very good friendly service. Very good home style food served hot and fresh. There can be a wait but is worth it.

It felt like being at Grandma's house having dinner. Huge portions. Dinner was excellent and desert was even better. Great service.

This is your basic all-American breakfast place. Ambience is basic diner but the food is simply great and priced reasonably. They pretty much cover the full range of American style breakfasts. Upsides are great food, reasonable prices. Downsides are weekend parking can be tough for the disabled and there can be a wait on the weekends. The place is really... More

Clean mom and pop friendly environment. Portions are large and tasty. Coffee is fresh. No disappointments here. Weekends have crowds. Well worth the wait

Patsy's has a supportive following. Consistent good quality food and lots of it. Really good coffee and breakfast items. Not open for dinner. Service people are friendly and chatty who remember all of us who frequent their booths. Yes, do stop by for breakfast or lunch.

Every time we've gone by Patsy's to try and have breakfast, the lines have been long and the wait time practically into lunch time. My husband and I drove by during a weekday and low and behold our wait was only about 5 minutes. The menu is very extensive. The prices a bit higher than average. We just wanted a... More

This is food you don't usually find in CA. Home style cooking and friendly people. Any place with peas or mixed veggies is okay in my book. We had a great breakfast and had food left over for the next day. I'll stop by here again when I'm in the area.

If you're looking for a quaint, out-of-the-way place. (Okay, it's in a shopping mail next to an Albertson's.) We stopped by Patsy where we met some friends for breakfast. The menu is loaded with options. I enjoyed spam with eggs and rice, with biscuit and gravy on the side, a combination not seen in many establishments. Other possibilities included have... More
