We visited Cut in August this year. Had never heard of Wolfgang Puck until We met him at his restaurant. Simply the best restaurant we have experienced in the world. The staff were laid back but fantastic and the steak was excellent as was everything...More

I have to say that I first visited this restaurant 2 years ago and had a far more positive experience. Service both in obtaining a table on the same evening of booking at the time I wanted as well as the actual table service was...More

Such an amazing experience! The Beverly Wilshire hotel in itself is a breathtakingly luxurious experience, however Dylan, Chef Hillary and Master of Whisky Alastair Menzies elevate the experience with a whisky pairing dinner in Cut. We start with cocktail hour and are treated to a...More

We spent the evening for dinner at Cut tonight and the whole experience was very stressful. The sound in the restaurant was horrible, loud and kind of rock music in the background - no wonder were the waitresses stressed as well. The have been running...More

When you take into consideration all of the aspects of dining Cut is the best steak restaurant I've ever been to. Top steak houses have great steak and wine lists but Cut takes it to another level with MichelinStar level team service. The steak selection...More

As Chicagoans we are accustomed to dark paneled and clubby steakhouses so we were pleasantly surprised to walk into CUT and experience light wood tones, modern mid-century style chairs and terrific music. I wish Chicago would have a place that served luxe steaks and played...More

Get the Japanese Wagyu. That's it. End of story. Get it to share, doesn't matter. Easily one of the best steaks you can have outside of Kobe Japan.

About $25 for a beautiful Merlot. You could easily have a great experience for under $100 bucks. $$30 for appetisers for two. Recommend the Kobe sliders blue cheese followed by the rib eye. Outstanding.
