I always stop here on the way from AZ to CA and back. I stop for gas, go to the local park and let the dog run. Then I call in an order here so it is ready when I show up. I always have plenty left to take to my carnivore grandson. Everything is delicious.

We were excited to try the ribs at this little restaurant in Blythe , California on the return trip from Quartzite ,AZ. The restaurant was very clean and had an award from the local town for its cleanliness. We all ordered ribs with different sides. The ribs were meaty and tender and were covered with a bbq sauce. The ribs... More

Service was quick and fast. Atmosphere is nice too. Obviously a popular local place. I got the tri tip sandwich. It was good but not amazing. I question if it was actually tri tip or just poorly cooked. BBQ sauce was a weak flavor and a little watery. My dad got the BLT plus shredded chicken. No bad overall but... More

Good BBQ food, and great local atmosphere. Nice and pleasant servers. It isn't needed to say much more. We can recommend the brisket, the pulled pork and the baked beans.

My wife and I split a hole pig sandwich with onion rings. Service was quick and they brought the sandwich on two plates without being ask. I am glad we split as it filled me up. The onion rings were very good not soggy.

I had the Cuban. Wow, probably about half a pound of pork. Husband had the Ortega tri tip. Yummy but a little soggy. Could have easily split a sandwich. Mac and cheese was ok. Nice and hot but could have been a little cheesier. Over all good eats and a nice change from fast food.

We came here for lunch on a Sunday after visiting Quartzite. We had one person get a salad (greens were crisp and everything else was good) we had two get the tri-tip mini meal and they loved it. I had the Ortega Tri-tip sandwich and was delicious, full of flavor and lots of meat, cheese, red onions, and green chilies.... More

First visit based upon TA reviews. Traveling west on Route 10 and it seemed like a good place to stop and it was! We had a BBQ pastrami and pulled pork sandwich with a side of baked beans and Cole slaw. Very good and very filling. Staff were friendly and provided excellent service. With no drinks it came to $23.00... More

I am not a big BBQ person, so I ordered the Reuben sandwich. It was the strangest Reuben I have ever had, primarily big chunks of barbecued pastrami in a roll and very little else. My side of slaw was very good. My husband had the all meat plate, which he said was OK; just not his style of BBQ.... More

If you're looking for a break on the long drive from PHX to LA, this is it. Good BBQ place with inside and patio seating. Order the Mini Meal with BBQ sandwich, side and soft drink. I got the pulled pork with jalapeno potato salad. Both were very good. Very busy place with lots of locals too, so you know... More

Description
Stuck in the midst of the food chain outlets: McDonalds, Pizza Hut, etc. The Rebel BBQ sign was a beacon calling to us, "Stop, stop. I'm different, I'm good!" We did. It was. We'll be stopping again on our next road trip to Ca.
