After visiting Stone and Ballast Point in San DIego I was really pleased to stay here for a while. Everything was easy. Amazing beers and tasty pizzas. And the place wasn’t über full on a Saturday afternoon. A truly kid friendly place.

My wife and I have been going here since they opened. Pizza is excellent and they have the best selection of craft beers in San Diego county! Staff is friendly and it is a popular hang out!

Very popular among locals for good reason. The pizza is good, as are the salads. The staff is friendly. But the real reason I keep going back is the beer. They brew some of the finest dark beers I've tasted anywhere! The only drawback is that inside it is quite loud and difficult to talk to one another. They just... More

A favorite spot of the grandchildren. Always fun. Great pizza: craft beer and soft drinks: And; with no children a spot for adults

My fiancé and I are really big fans of Pizza Port! We frequently went there to eat pizza. They have the best pizza, thick crust, great sauce and a variety of toppings plus other items including salads, chicken strips, etc. They have their own micro beers and keep changing the beers! They have an outdoor patio with an upstairs open... More

Pizza Port is a regular stop for a trip to Carlsbad. Its a fun family place, it has a bar for friends, or couples, and some high long tables just off the bar area for "the feel of bar living" but not, ha! A good variety of food; bone in wings is a favorite of mine, they bread, with a... More

Had dinner at the Pizza Port tonight based on the recommendation of our hotel. It was very crowded as you would expect on a Friday night. It is filled with mainly long, picnic-type tables that are shared by several parties. You stand in line to order your food and drink at the bar, and then they call your name over... More

When in Carlsbad, California and in need of pizza and beer, where do you go? There are several good options in the area, but the one that easily tops them all is Pizza Port, a chain of brewpubs known for their excellent pizza pies and equally excellent craft beers. I first visited Pizza Port about 16 years ago and loved... More

Returned after several years gap. Same great casual, laid-back, people enjoying being with each other place. Lots of types of folks here, all enjoying being with each other eating tasty, authentic pizza and great beer.

Great beers, place to go with friends but you can also enjoy the taste of beers and pizza alone, the environment is great.
