We always enjoy going to Carmel and we also enjoy going out for our breakfast. Again, we went to the Little Swiss Cafe in down town Carmel. The place is small but we always find a table. The place is truly Swiss and the Swiss pancakes are excellent. Our service was very good and our meals always satify our taste... More

Little Swiss Cafe is a cute and cozy place with homemade-like tasty food. Obviously the best place for the breakfast in the city.

Some of the nicest people we met while in Carmel. Obviously a place frequented by locals. The food is really good (pancakes are really more like crepes, but delicious). Be aware it is CASH only.

This was a little place but our service was excellent even though they were crowded. It appears to be popular with the locals and it was recommended to us from a gentleman who lives in Carmel. The pancakes are more like crepes but leave you feeling full with being stuffed. Definitely would go again. The staff was friendly and very... More

I took a visitor from overseas here for breakfast as she wanted to experience the whole American breakfast thing. We thought the Little Swiss Cafe looked cute (and it was very cute inside for sure). We were a little disappointed that our waitress couldn't even crack a smile though. She also seemed a bit impatient with us (I asked 3... More

Little place with strange name because what you can get is more Mexican or American food. The service was very friendly. They serve breakfast till they close. The pancakes were great.

We stopped in here passing through Carmel and had a great breakfast. Cash only and very small so be prepared for that. The burrito was huge and delicious!

Delicious breakfast and a place for local's to greet and eat for generations. I love the omelette with the creamed spinach, so good! Their pancakes and waffles are legendary too!

The Little Swiss Cafe, a local institution, is a great place for breakfast or lunch. Breakfast being our favorite time to visit - with a wide and varied selection of items. The prices are reasonable and the service is great. Eggs Benedicts are fantastic and we often order a side of Hollandaise sauce to go with our omelettes. They also... More
