Go for the fish & chips or any of the fish...it's all good. Parking can be a problem, but it's worth it.

Excellent lunch and service at the Sea Shanty. Food was very reasonably priced and the onion rings were fabulous. Fish tacos was served with lettuce, would have preferred cabbage but still good.

We stopped in for a quick bite after a busy day exploring the central coast. Everything we ordered was delicious. My daughter said her clam chowder bowl was tasty, my son enjoyed his chili size aka open faced chili cheese burger. Hubby enjoyed his prime rib sandwich. My Chinese chicken salad was the best I've had. Really. Then dessert. We... More

Stopped by this off the beaten path casual restaurant for dessert. Not disappointed! Looked over their two page dessert menu and was so impressed by what they offered. I ordered the berry cobbler with ice cream and hubby ordered the shanty pie. Servings were enormous , but the real treat was they used fresh berries and all home-made. Shout out... More

Who goes to a seaside town for a burger? Me! After days of seafood this place has the best burger I've ever had.

What a great spot - welcoming, laidback atmosphere, friendly service and generous, good quality food. As visitors from Australia we found this place had a really fun, authentic vibe. Would definitely go back.

walking distance from our motel, Cypress Inn, good food, fair prices, great atmosphere, indoor/outdoor dinning. Had fish & chips first night and the salsa chicken the next night. WOW that was a meal, backed potato, salad, chicken with salsa & topped with cheese, toast. Would have been nice if the patio dining was set up so one could see the... More
