We took off 92-year-old friend to lunch at Plums. It was a wonderful experience with great service and great food. Always order the maple sausage! If you order breakfast or lunch it will always be exceptional. I love the trout and eggs and the strawberry waffles are excellent as well.

I stopped in here for a Saturday brunch and was amazed by the high quality of the food and the lovely, fresh ambiance of the restaurant. My feta and spinach omelette was amazing, the coffee was delicious, and my mimosa was delightful. Service was friendly and attentive. Fresh, high quality ingredients. Kudos to the chef and staff for serving up... More

This highly rated breakfast place was visited with dog Maggie. Dogs are welcome on the outer edge of the outdoor section, which is covered and cozy. After hearing it was usually crowded with a waiting list for seating, we got seated right away. Waiter Paul was attentive and helpful. Wife got a lamb burger which drew raves. I got a... More

One of Costa Mesas more dependable restaurants. Even though it is sometimes crowded the wait for quality eating is worth it. The breakfasts are especially delicious, varied and healthy. They seem to know what the public expects and they deliver it every time.

Fresh squeezed OJ and great breakfast choices. Crowded on weekends... just in a little strip center but tucked in nicely with some outdoor seating. The food is quite good!

Being from Oregon traveling to California eating out and missing the Oregon taste this Cafe is the best place to provide you with Oregon products in CA. The freshness of Hazelnut, Marianberrys and other Oregon ingredients are used in most if not all dishes prepared. Yuuuuuummmmmmmy taste of freshness as all plates made with love. Scrumptious dishes with elegant presentation... More

If you want to have an amazingly delicious lunch with great service, Plums Cafe on 17th Street is where you should dine. I have loved anything Salmon the chef prepares and the service is excellent. This is a great place for Mom & Daughters to have a "girls' lunch out" too.

Fun, local place known for their delicious menus and catering. Indoors is a bit noisy but there is a nice outdoor patio. Staff are always attentive and efficient. Pork belly potato egg srirarcha bowl will wake you up! Recommend for any meal of the day.
