This used to be a favorite place of mine for takeout, but on the last three occasions, they've added cinnamon to their fish batter. I don't know; it makes no sense. They need to go back to the original fish and chips because they were perfect. The Garlic Fries are yummy and the Deep Fried Zucchini with Ranch Dressing -... More

Looking for a place to treat a young graduate along with his five siblings is not an easy task for grandparents. After searching for a restaurant that we knew had good food but was family friendly and offered a reasonable price for a child's plate, we found the perfect spot in our own community. CAPE COD FISH N' CHIPS, they... More

Another rating service rated this a 4 out of 5. I gave it a try. I was disappointed. The breading on the fish and the onions was very heavy and pure dough. They were fairly crispy, but not real tasty.

We love this place. Great fish & chips. Two pieces are perfect sized. The restaurant is on the smaller side. The to orders are a good way to go. You can't go wrong.

This is a great spot for a good bill at a very reasonable price. The atmosphere is just a notch above fast food, but the service is like a 4-star restaurant! The fish is excellent, not too heavily breaded, and everything appears to be homemade (cole slaw, tartar sauce, etc.). It's not fancy at all, but the prices are fantastic,... More

On the prowl for a Monday night eatery, and friends had recently recommended Cape Cod Fish & Chips. How could this location have been so close and we never ended up there? It was delish, soft flaky cod with sturdy coating. By sturdy I mean you can douse it with malt vinegar and it still holds it crisp texture. The... More

Food was amazing a little pricey but worth the money. After we left my son forgot his hamburger on the table we went back to get it and the waitress already threw it away!!! That was a bummer I really thought they should have replaced it but they did not even offer.....Other than that the food was good.

I was visiting from out of town and a relative took us for lunch at this place. It was amazing. I ordered the one piece fish n' chips and it was a huge portion. The batter on the fish was nice and crunchy and not greasy. The fish itself was very fresh and tasty. This is a must if you... More

Stopped by Cape Cod today for lunch. Ordered $30 worth of food and our server never checked back to see how things were going. We ran out of dipping sauces, sodas, and even though I walked up to the counter to ask the staff for help, they never stopped by our table to check on us. The restaurant was not... More

Wife and I stopped in there on the way home from San Francisco and was very amazed how hot, fresh and tasty it was. The fish was crispy and very flavorful and the chips were very good. We also had the fried mushrooms and were very surprised how excellent they were. If your in Cotati, Ca. you've got to stop... More
