We ordered the typical Malaysian dishes. The satay was good. The mango salad was ok. The char kwei teow failed miserably. The Hainan chicken was ok although the chicken was tasteless. Roti Chanai was ok. The beef rendang was very good. I would rate the restaurant 3.5* not quite 4. This restaurant is very popular and reservations are a must... More

Our party of 4 (which included a six year-old) arrived on a Saturday at around 6PM, at which time the spacious, multi-table Banana Island was already completely filled and six people were waiting in the narrow waiting space. Almost all of the diners were Asian, which is a sign that the food served there is authentic. Because our party was... More

Located in an unremarkable position in a mall facing a Xcaret park. The menu is a mix of Singaporean, Malaysian and Thai. For lunch we had roti, shrimp Thai red curry, beef rendang and satay tofu. Each of the dishes were very well done with good quality ingredients. The only let down was the tofu was over cooked so all... More

The Roti is a show stopper and watching the cook prepare it is always fun. The stretching and grilling of the bread is fascinating. The coconut curry (with a bit of potato in) sauce for dipping is really just a perfect compliment. Chinese, Indonesian, Singaporean and Thai fare are the range of dishes here. Choose and indulge your whim. You'll... More

It is a nice restaurant. If you want to try Asian food but not the regular Chinese dishes then this the place. The Malaysian/Singaporean Food awesome. Try some juice drinks like peach or mango drink were good. Nothing negative to report.

I went last year with my relatives who had never been here for Christmas. The spring rolls and roti were so-so. But the Malaysian Buddhist and Sizzling Tofu which used to taste great were mediocre. Maybe they had a different chef that day? The only thing that was good was the dessert, the Bobo chacha.

This place can accommodate big groups but it gets very crowded on weekends so please make a reservation. I think the food is a cross between Chinese, Thai, and Indian cuisine. There are many vegetarian options but IF someone is allergic to shellfish or peanuts, MAKE it a point to tell the manager so it doesn't accidentally end up in... More

Love, Love LOVE the food here. They have EVERYTHING. This is an old standby. Portions are large, food is fresh, and flavors are fabulous. Menu is extensive, with selections not just from Malay/Indonesia but pretty pan asian. I'm veggie, but friends and family say the seafood is on point. Of course, the hand pulled noodles are neat, but it's all... More

I setup a dinner for 25 friends and had a great experience from start to finish. I was kinda of worried that they would only give me a start time of 5:00pm or 5:30pm with a length of two hours, but it was just right. Ada helped me throughout the reservation with multiple conversations till the dinner. I pre ordered... More
