This is a great local place for breakfast and lunch. The only downside is that you must stand in line first, get your order, and then get a table. If there is no table, which often there is not, you are stuck with your order...and no place to eat. There are also no signs indicating this expectation so if a family member is sitting at a table and you go and order you are chastised for it. Often too the staff seem overburdened and stressed. We still go and get our food to go usually. It’s a fun vibe and good food.More

We went everyday for breakfast during our trip to Half Moon Bay. Limited seating inside and out, and there can be a line, but so worth it! Fresh squeezed orange juice, gluten free options and vegetarian/vegan options. Tofu Scramble was amazing! They also have delicious...pastries to traditional breakfast options (eggs, bacon etc) Didn't go there for lunch, but the lunch menu looked great too!More

Lunch - I had the Philly. Fresh made toasted sourdough with onions, red bell pepper, provolone, and LOTS of meat. I had onion rings - crunchy good. My wife had the Salmon salad, she enjoyed it. We usually stop here for breakfast (also great) but...did lunch today, glad we did!More

Omg! I almost fell over when my crab, spinach and artichoke omelette arrived at the table! Don’t be deceived by the coffee counter/pastry vibe. They have a great grill too! We also got French toast with fresh cut fruit (not fruit in syrup out of...a can) and a coffee. All was super nom-licious! Tip: order first, then they will seat you.More

It is located across the street from the marina north of Half Moon Bay. It is a lovely rustic place. We stopped there for breakfast. There is limited parking on the street in front of the location. There are two distinct seating areas: one inside...and one outside. The counter is located immediately inside the door. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was clean and relaxing. I tried the cinnamon roll and it was delicious. I plan to visit this location again when I am in the area and recommend others to do the same.More

There is outdoor semi enclosed seating so you can bring your dog(s) and enjoy a great meal. They serve breakfast all day and have a great lunch menu after 11:30. The items are interesting an cover a variety of tastes from veggie to a Monte...Cristo Sandwich (deep fried ham and cheese). It can be crowed on weekend morning but if you are in a hurry you can get your food to go. The staff was very hard working but at the time very pleasant considering how many people they were serving. You place your order at the counter and take a number back to your table and they bring the food to you. Good place to eat before going out to find the Great Pumpkin!More

The press isn't just for grilled cheese, it's a popular breakfast spot as well. The breakfast burrito is yummy and generous. House made ice tea, good coffee choices. Totally worth a visit.

A friend and I like to take our dogs to the beach at the Ritz Carleton, and we always stop off at the Press to pick up an egg burrito where the kitchen kindly adds chorizo and cuts the burrito per our request--big enough to...split between two female eaters. I've also come here on my own, to sit and people watch, and eat the huevos rancheros which are just okay......however, I enjoy the ambience of the outdoor patio where dogs sit with their owners too much.More

Good place for coffee and a egg bagel. If you seat outside with you dog it is cramped and you can hear everyone conversation. They need more space on the patio and music so you can not have to hear others conversations.
