Every time we pass by on the 405, we make a quick stop at Kings Hawaiian Local Place for a mixed plate ... sometimes to eat in or sometimes take out to bring home for dinner later. Generous servings are always provided making the Local Place a good value. Many places regionally offer Hawaiian mixed plates, but few have lau... More

Good local bakery, serving Hawaiian food, Like chicken katsu, somen salad, chinese chicken salad and always available is the sweet bread that Kings is famous for. Food is served quickly for take out or conveniently located dining area.

This place is the nicest touch of Aloha in the Southbay for me. It never ceases to deliver on fresh, quality food and baked goods. I usually just get the Choose 3 entree with teriyaki beef and chicken Katsuya (double beef) with macaroni salad and fried rice for sides. Their guava lemonade is nice, but sweet! Their plantation chicken is... More

Good food and big portion. We had a late dinner, and everything was OK. Child menu for kids also with simple food for children. Not a fancy restaurant, but good food if you just want to have a dinner.

Three of us came to eat brunch here on a recent Sunday morning. We arrived at around 11:10 am and they had already stopped serving breakfast items. We ordered salads and sandwiches at the same time and it took between 15 to 20 minutes for just two of us to receive our food, but the third order was so late... More

Great place for a lunch meeting. Not so formal, and kind of quiet... The absolute best Spam Musubi and Potato/Mac salad, you'll find. Conveniently located right off the 405 freeway on Western Ave... Pleasant staff... This is a not a sit down and order restaurant, but really good and reasonably priced... ps... Awesome breakfast here as well....

Never been here before, we were going to another place but they were closed. Wait was short for 730pm Friday night. Told us 15 minutes and it was exactly that. I tried the Island Mahi plate, and loved it. My wife had the spicy Asian Noodle Bowl, it was a big portion, I tasted it and liked it a lot,... More

More than just the bread! Pulled pork, chicken, sandwiches. The ramen noodle salad was really crunchy and delicious almost like coleslaw. I had the Rainbow Cake, which was very light and spongy, but far too much whipped cream for my taste. Overall, enjoyed the meal.
