Very busy especially in the busy winter tourism month. Food is hearty and plentiful and well priced. Our meal was a little slow in coming but they were full at the time with people waiting

I was told by a co-worker to try this place when we made our way through here. It was very good! Authentic, homemade Mexican food! Friendly service and big portions for what we paid! Must try!

When in Indio I visit my favorite Mexican Café on Indio Blvd., it's a small café with great homemade Mexican food, the taco, enchilada, burritos, beans and rice are fantastic and very authentic tasting, you get plenty of chips and salsa and my servers are always very attentive, the place does get packed at the noon hour but worth the... Fifteen years ago and for many, many years this has been our go to place for original Mexican food. Always delicious....with great service. Went there a few weekends ago..............tasteless food!!! We all looked at each other thinking it was maybe one dish..............they were all tasteless. Found out that the man who owned it died. He's son took over!!!!!!!!!!! Well, get... More

Went with friends today for lunch. Excellent ambiance considering what we we wanted. A couple staff had called in sick so we had the owner. Loved my burrito, others had an enchilada and fish tacos. It was very authentic, served efficiently and hot. We had excellent attention and all was very good. Prices were reasonable and we had a great... More

I'm not really impressed by this restaurant I ordered a chavela and when I started drinking it I was able to smell something weird on the cup I don't know if they don't use soap or just using a dirty rag. Kitchen needs and update, I only go to this place because of my wife that she went with her... More

Family-operated business in Indio for several generations by the Flores family. Went for breakfast with my family Sunday morning, and it was delicious! Always run into at least one person who I grew up with when we go there. Everyone in town goes here. Chilaquiles with carne asada, rice & beans was warm, delicious, and excellent! Their machaca a la... More

Ate with my family ordered 2 meals and an app of queso the bill was over 40 dollars with tip for sub par food. I ordered my food with no beans halfway through i realized at one point my plate did have beans on it, brought this to the attention of the server. She confirmed that I ordered with no... More

Very commercialised! Food is frozen, leftovers. Menudo is from a can. Its sooo disappointing to see what has become of one of Indios longest standing restaraunts. Staff are sooo rude!! God forbid if you complain, then you really get treated badly. We had to just walk out before I blew it.

The food is great, the service is good. We sat outside and it's a little scary when the trains go by. It was recommended by friends who live in the area, but they always get the food to go. We'd definitely go back.
