I couldn't possibly recommend this place with the current owners in charge. The Sunday brunch, which is the only food offered, was cold, stale, and just really terrible and over-priced.

Excellent rustic place to get personal service and great food. Try the chef's special for breakfast, it is always different and always delicious.

We spent $40 a head! Thank goodness the food was very hot after seeing one of the staff tossing the salad with his bare hands after wiping his nose with his bare hands! None of them serving the food or replacing the trays wear gloves! It was a generic meal nothing like the pictures they post! So frankly seeing five... More

We had our Thanksgiving feast here with every traditional mouth-watering dish we desired. The scenic drive along the Sunrise Highway to Hwy 78 that leads to the Pine Hills Lodge was stunning. The Lodge is over 100 years old. Our table was in front of the huge rock fireplace with windows overlooking the spacious deck and pine trees. My favorite... More

I have had the great pleasure of visiting this quaint and inviting meal setting on several happy occasions. Most notably would include our private after-wedding lunch held between just the two of us out doors in their rentable gazebo. It was semi-private, and lovely nestled among the rustling trees, and cheery chirping birds. The table was set exquisitely including non-alcoholic... More

Down home place where the owner comes out and sits and talks with you. Drinks were cheap but the bar food was lousy. No matter. We had a great time enjoying the guitar player and the other patrons. It's a nice property and a good place for a drink on Friday night.

If you like your food boring, if you like it lukewarm, if you like an unappealing setting, Eat here. The food was bland and basically lacked any imagination. No bacon, out of sausage. Just these weird dry little round pieces of ham, the biscuit and gravy were lukewarm and nothing and I mean nothing looked like it was made from... More
