Absolutely love this place except for last night. I do not like to bash businesses because I worked in customer service for years particularly at this resort and rave about Adobe but it was just unreal! We arrived early for our reservation and got seated immediately. We got a corner table outside maybe where they seat forgotten customers. We waited... More

A tad pricey but well worth it. The first time I tried mole' was 40 years ago in Guadalajara. The second time was here at Adobe. Crispy fried chicken with flavorful mole (not smothered in it) and complimenting root veggies. Friends ordered the beef short ribs - a huge portion and the meat was just falling apart at the fork.... We went for breakfast on the terrace on a beautiful December day. We had chilaquiles and huevos rancheros and it was wonderful. We went back for dinner and it wasn't so great. My food was lukewarm when it came, so that was pretty disappointing. The food would have been nothing special even had it been hot. And it was quite... More

We have a place in La Quinta and often eat and take friends to Adobe at the resort when we are town. We have always had amazing Mexican food and stellar service and this time it was really unimpressive in all aspects. Of course I raved to my family that we were bringing how great it was and how much... More

The guacamole is freshly made and very delicious. The salsa was made from roasted red chile peppers and had the perfect amount of "bite". Their Margarita's are huge and very tasty. We had chicken fajitas with fresh japalenos cooked inside. They are served with 3 small, but freshly made flour tortillas. Also had lunch, but the menu was listed as... More

We were well fed with Convention food from La Quintas Function department-No rubber chicken..Excellent Hotel fare..but on the last night we ventured into the Resort restaurants//Rather than trying the bars ofPalm Springs. We made the right choice..Our group of 8 included some folks with vegan tastes, Gluten free, and low salt requirements. Our Server was able to recommend light and hearty... More

We stayed at La Quinta and LOVED this place for breakfast. The menu is fantastic and the dishes are a great American interpretation of Mexican inspired dishes (eg. Chilaquiles have bacon bits in them!). We loved brunch here and felt so happy with the place that we came back for Brunch later in the week. Brunch for 4 was not... More

Had a late lunch here on Christmas day while staying at the resort. Service was top notch and the food was great. The margaritas were excellent! I recommend the Pepino Diablo if you like a touch of heat in your margarita. Delicious!

We enjoyed a great dinner here on the lovely outdoor patio overlooking a nice courtyard of shops, restaurants and mountain views. The margaritas were outstanding and can't say enough about the table side guacamole and chips! The service was attentive. I would say our meals were pretty good but couldn't compare to the margaritas and guacamole. I would definitely return... More
