Food is great. Service and hospitality is apathetic. Combined -- not worth the premium price they ask for.

Everything was served timely. The food was prepared perfectly. The servers were friendly. Definitely will come back when we are in the area.

Here for a Wedding dinner, so we had several dishes. I'm a salmon lover and they have salmon spring rolls, which were very good. All the Asian style dishes were pretty good. Next time I visit this area I will definitely stop by.

Four of us gathered here to celebrate a 70th birthday. I spoke with the restaurant the day of our dinner and reminded him that we were celebrating the special birthday and wanted a quiet table. He also warned me that since there had been an event in Livermore, parking might be a problem. We arrived and waited a few minutes... More

In search of a Chinese food place closer to home that serves lamb and I came across this so I had to try it and see if I could save my time driving to Hayward for Chefs. The restaurant itself is well decorated and clean ...we went on a pretty warm day and didn't know that there was outdoor seating... More

Food, service & ambience was far more than expected. Late afternoon dinner reservation was met with no waiting & a great table. The wine list is extensive, with focus on old world wine. Honeyed prawns, sautéed green beans, beef with asparagus & chicken with vegetables were shared and definitely did not disappoint. We were not rushed, which is a definite... More

We have been going to Uncle Yu's in Livermore since they opened. By far the classiest Chinese restaurant I have ever visited. On an average night they serve more that 250 guests. Take a look at their wine list, it is quite comprehensive. My favorite is the Triple crown.

Food is very good and the service is normally good. If you can get seating away from the bar and entrance it can be very romantic and a good date place but pricy. Wise to preview the menu on line so you are aware of the cost. Great place for a special dinner.

4 of us had a wonderful meal. Probably one of the best Chinese restaurants I have eaten at outside of San Francisco.

Best Chinese food in Livermore. Great wine list, love the orange peel beef. Service can be a little spotty. Need reservations on the weekends
