Avenue Grill is a great place for breakfast. The restaurant doesn't look like much from the outside or even once you get in -- it's located in a strip mall. But the food is fresh, creative and great. Highly recommend this place.

Mike is the owner and he does a great job. I love sitting at the counter so I can watch all the action of the grills. Their breakfasts are awesome and I have never had a bad meal here. The portions are enormous so make sure you come hungry.

If your hungry for breakfast and want to eat fast this is the place to go. Simple menu with cooks who know what their doing. Weekends are a nightmare but consider it on a weekday. Oh, if you like water with your meal skip it because their water tastes bad.

Now, I don't usually eat breakfast (just a cup of coffee and run...) but since I was travelling on a week-long road trip it made more sense to have a big breakfast, something to munch on in the car, and then a proper dinner. I was invited to breakfast at the Avenue Grill by regulars whom the waitress knew by... More

I did notice that the portions are getting smaller. In the past they were wonderful. Now they are just adequate.

we were looking for a place for brunch in Lodi. Found this place on Trip Adviser and decided to give it a try. Glad we did. I Linguica and eggs. I asked to substitute cottage cheese for the potatoes. I expected a small portion. I was pleasantly surprised at the large portion on a tomato slice. My wife had Sourdough... More

Using Tripadvisor recommendations we went to the Avenue Grill for flapjacks and bacon and eggs. Jennifer couldn't finish her ONE flapjack which was bigger than her plate. Similarly, I could finish the cottage fries that cane with my breakfast! Huge portions of wholesome all-American breakfast favorites is what you get along with friendly and prompt service. Its no wonder it... More

Best breakfast in town! Their breakfast sandwich is delicious and their country style potatoes are to die for. Never had a bad meal here ever!!! It is busy mornings so seating on the outside patio or diner bar is usually easiest! Staff is incredibly friendly and the owner Mike is back behind the bar grilling and cooking. It's awesome to...
