The service and the food were very good. Breakfast was served here (for hotel guests) and the food was varied and tasty. The Chowder House has a small bar area.

Dining room was simple with views of the harbor. Food was great and so was the service. No cheap. An average sandwich or salad was $14 and up. Would go again.

Blue cheese and truffle chips. Didn't get much truffle, but lots of blue cheese. Drinks are not bad at $3.5-4 beer and $5 wine and well drinks. Until 7 Monday to Thursday.

We visited the Queen Mary to tour the ship...it was a beautiful warm sunny day in March...the ship is very impressive and we walked the entire length...we did it on our own and did not sign up for a tour...unfortunately, many exhibits were closed due to maintenance...but we had a great lunch at the Chowder House...I enjoyed an Avocado Bacon... This place is a rarity because they have real English scones and clotted cream! unfortunately they some times run out! Get them when you can!

The location can't be beat. We had a beautiful view of the Long Beach Harbor. The restaurant is really quite nice. Our waitress was very efficient and helpful. The food was delicious. I had the grilled fish tacos...yummy! My husband had the fish and chips which were very good. The chowder ranked with one of the best chowders that I... More

Overpriced ($18) breakfast buffet for what you get. I've seen just as much offered at free hotel breakfast spreads. (In Texas anyway.) Food isn't bad and service was good. I asked about more blueberry muffins because they were out and he did find me some. Drink also included in price.

Terrible burgers. Sir Winston closed the whole time, so not much alternative at this location. Never to return.

A friend and I ate here for lunch after a tour of the queen mary. I had chicken Caesar salad and it was the best one I'd ever tasted. The view from this restaurant is beautiful. The service unfortunately was not as good as the food and setting. Our waiter said about two words to us the entire visit. After... More

As Chelsea was the only restaurant open on the Queen Mary due to remodeling of Sir Winston's and the Observation Bar and Art Deco Lounge, we had a wait of about 45 minutes even though the ship was somewhat deserted this night. The restaurant is part of the Queen Mary attraction that requires an admission fee as well as a... More
