Authentic German breakfast options offered. We had the Pfankuchen and weisswurst with the runner's omelette. It was all delicious! It was busy the whole time, so it must be the spot for locals!

An excellent place for a European breakfast ... strong coffee, great pastries and breads, and a fantastic breakfast selection. I also come here to purchase pretzels for special occasions.
We were a little disappointed in the selection, we were expecting more. We did have a poppy seed danish, good.Several of the choices had poppy seeds. We were there for breakfast.

I have been going to Esther's for many years. I usually go for breakfast. Weekends can be busy and parking is always a challenge. You can find parking in the back off San Antonio. At Esther's it is like going to Europe, i was in Prague in December and this place had the same old Europe feel to it. It is German and the specialties they display make your mouth water. Food is served to you in a small cafe setting very authentic and genuine. I was there with a friend this morning and... More
Esther's isn't just a bakery. It actually serves hot foods with a sit-down setting. Prices are very reasonable. There aren't a lot of parking spots in the front, but you will find more spots in the back.
Stay and drink great coffee with delicious pastries and cakes. They also offer nice selection of German breakfasts, lunch and dinner...still with a healthy selection of breads. Great stollen at Christmastime.
