Absolutely dreadful. A ridiculously long wait, overpriced food and freezing cold when we finally got it. Who wants cold ribs? This place needs to be seriously better organised, e.g. allocate tables instead of people wandering round to find a dirty table. A horrible experience. But...then, they have a captive audience.More

Poorly managed food delivery as only one service point was open so everyone was crowded around and the queues for ordering and pick up were getting in each other's way. The food delivery didn't seem to done on a coordinated production line so the wait...was quite long. We've eaten at the Orlando version of the Three Broomsticks quite a few times so had a good idea of what to expect. The theming is just as good but the food choice for breakfast is smaller here. I opted for the English breakfast and my girlfriend had her usual American version. I couldn't finish my as it was so sweet; the beans and tomato were so sugary it was horrible and the small slice of black pudding tasted like it had cinnamon in it. The bacon was overly salty. The eggs, mushrooms, potatoes and croissant were nice though as was the sausage. Not an experience we intend to repeat. Wouldn't recommend the food but definitely pop in to see the theming and maybe have a drink.More

If you have 2 plus hours to waste, then spend it waiting in line at the three broomsticks. We waited over an hour and a half to get food and had to fight for it even then. No compensation or explanation offered. We were travelling...with young children and had only the one day to see the park.More

The three broomsticks is the best place to eat at Universal Studios. For all Harry Potter fans you will feel like you are in the three broomsticks. You do have to queue to get in. This took us about 25 minutes but it does give...you time to decide what to order. You then order and pay and wait for your food which you pick up from the kitchen and take to your table. It was fun. The food was delicious and great value - portions huge, we tried the sausage and mash and the ribs followed by apple pie, chocolate trifle and sticky toffee pudding. Our favourite being the pie. We also had the frozen butter beer which was delicious but very sweet, we decided we could have shared one. The food was authentic for a hogwarts experience and I would highly recommend.More

How can a restaurant, in California of all places, still offer no vegetarian food options?! This is staggering to me, especially after only finding that out after a very long line outside in 90c heat. Just one option would do. One. Do better Universal.

This would have 5 stars if it weren’t for the way they take your order and then you just stand in a blob of people waiting to hear them call you name/number out for 40 minutes and you can’t hear them. Poor people behind the...counter were working their behinds off, I felt terrible, but Universal has it set up all wrong and they are setting up their employees for failure. Overall the food is good, we’ve tried everything on the menu before and they are all good options. Food didn’t disappoint this time either, we had all the drinks they offered as well and enjoyed every single one. We always eat in the wizarding world and will continue to do so at either L.A or Orlando. Don’t miss eating at this amazing place!!!More

Our party of four adults and two kids ate lunch at Three Broomsticks in the Wizarding World of Harry Potter. We ordered the platter of 4 chickens, 4 ribs, potatoes, broccoli and carrots. The food was absolutely delicious! The portions for each of us were...huge. We ordered two side salads and everyone was too full to eat them. Tip: for four adults, you don’t need the side salads. The total was $69 which saved money over ordering individual plates. Best theme park food that we’ve had. The theming and atmosphere was terrific!More

Everyone seems to be lining up for The 3 Broomsticks around noon. We sat down around 11:20am. Had our food before Noon and all 14 of us enjoyed our orders. 2 families ordered the $70 Feast and there was more than enough food for everyone....My oldest daughter is a family of 6 and the feast fed her entire family. We had leftover veggies and salads. The Butter Beer is a must!!! I had 2 myself. They are delicious.More

We ate breakfast and dinner here. Very well themed! Lots of places to sit - we also came here to warm up for a few minutes.

Yummy! Everything we tried was really good including the chicken with potatoes and corn on the cob, the bangers and mash, and the the sticky toffee pudding. The food is pricy, but for a theme park, it’s excellent quality and very tasty. My daughter loved...the sausage with mashed potatoes and cabbage. The only thing we didn’t care for were the peas! I enjoyed the roast chicken with potatoes and an ear of corn. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding was excellent, served with vanilla ice cream. MmmmmmmMore

We chose to have lunch at the Three Broomsticks because we think Harry Potter World is the coolest part of Universal Studios. The decor of the restaurant is amazing but the food is definitely not really suited for vegetarians or vegans. There is no vegetarian...main course so we had a fish and chips, and added sides of buttered corn on a cob, roasted potatoes and mashed potatoes. We also got the sticky toffee pudding and chocolate trifle, and had to add a butterbeer with the souvenir mug. It all came out to over $60 which is a bit pricey for lunch for 2. It was only 11:30am when we got our food so the restaurant was pretty much empty. We sat outside and there was only one table filled. The food was good but I wish they would offer at least one vegetarian dish, perhaps a pasta which would be easy to make. Our favorite dish was the sticky toffee pudding which was delicious with the ice cream.More

The main reason to visit is to try a butter beer and because it’s the iconic Three Broomsticks. Food and butter beer is not cheap but I liked the restaurant and the atmosphere. Butter beer is obviously something you have to try I would describe...it as a creaming soda with cream as the foam element. We had the ribs and shared one between two. The meals are big and if you’re trying to save some money I would try and get plates to share.More

We ordered a meal for 4 people (2 adults and 2 kids). The positive were the ambience / decor, the meal was fantastic, it was big, it was very filling. The negatives were that the wait for the wait was unusually long and the price...was pretty steep. The butterbeer is great, but at $8 USD a glass you really need to drink it slowly. Would have bought a dozen if the price was $4 USD. Definitely come here for a meal, but be prepared to wait and pay.More

It was a decent sized line up to get in. The food is pretty good. We had the chicken dinner and the rib dinner with butterbeer ice cream for desert. It was all delicious.

No you have to buy the butter beer separately. Hint: try the hot butterbeer - we liked it better than the cold in the evenings when it was in the 50’s...
