Went to a birthday party here last weekend. What a cool place with a great, new vibe! It's a converted old firehouse with a ton of history on the walls and in the air. After walking past the very attractive front outdoor seating, you're greeted at the entryway with an impressive collection of pictures of old movie stars (ask for... More

All in all I really like this spot. Nice back patio. Great for big groups for dining. Great for small tables in a romantic style. It pretty much offers whatever type of night you're after. The servers are very nice and friendly. The food is great. The prices aren't bad. Drinks are a bit much and that's the only reason... More

If for no other reason than its history, this restaurant is fun to go to. In the beginning it was stables for the horses for, I believe, silent western cowboy movie star Tom Mix, or someone like him. I do know that his studio was nearby. Actually this whole area which borders Silverlake and Echo Park, is filled with such... More

This restaurant has been here for a while but it was new to me. I have been twice now for Sunday brunch. They are usually open only for dinner. The menu has a number of unique choices and the servings are ample and reasonably priced. The atmosphere is charming as it is an old firehouse. The front patio is lovely... More

At a friend's suggestion we checked this place out. It has a variety of different seating areas. We sat at the tables at the end of the bar and were served by a really friendly barman. Two of us had the burgers which were huge served with some of the nicest fries I have tasted in LA. Our friend had... More

Had a great time at Edendale. Chill Sunday brunch crowd, great food, bottomless mimosas. What else is there? Had the salmon Benedict dish and tasted the chicken and waffles. Everyone at my table liked their food. Lots of tables, but on a very nice day could be packed.

This is a fine little place. Decor is mildly rustic, bar gives generous pours and the wine list is really complete, good and with good value. Servers were all attentive, timely and cheerful. Food was splendid. Steaks, specialty salads, sauces, yum. They went out of their way and happily so to deal with dietary restrictions. And no choke with the... More

This is a great local spot, that we had lunch on a Saturday afternoon, There is outside seating, inside dinning rooms and a large bar. The food was great and the prices were amazing. No one was disappointed. It was an old studio that has a good vibe and appears that it may be jumping at night. They advertise special... More

Went here with my wife for date night desserts and drinks. Ambiance is cool and dessert was wonderful. Definitely worth going back, yet wasn't blown away enough to give it 5 stars. Not sure why...

Description
Edendale is open 7 nights a week for dinner, wine and cocktails. We also serve Sunday Brunch from 11am until 3pm. We feature an exciting cuisine called "Com-fusion", which is a fusion/blend of comfort foods from around the world (especially western Europe, eastern Asia and the southern part of North America). Essentially, it's the best feel-good foods that people everywhere love. The restaurant is located within a restored firehouse that was originally built in 1924. We have a separate full bar and a large outdoor patio for drinks or dining. We specialize in excellent service and quality food. Edendale is located in Silver Lake, close to Hollywood, Glendale, Downtown, Pasadena, Los Feliz, Eagle Rock and Echo Park. We look forward to serving you!
