The best pancakes and the best place for breakfast. Love the healthy grain pancakes and breakfast lavash. My husband and I split both dishes. Super delicious. No plain pancakes here. It's a hard to find a good place for breakfast. This is the place! It will leave you wanting to come back over and over. Jumpin Java is my favorite... More

Cute little place on Ventura & Carpenter Ave w outdoor seating as well as indoor. Huge menu selection. Many items came on lavash bread which was different and unique. We shared the hazelnut and fruit crepe and a side of eggs. It was delicious. The crepe came with a small dish of fruit that was very fresh and included many... More

Stopped here after farmers market down the street. I had a ham and cheese omelette that was good, the sourdough breed was tasty.

Half through our breakfast crawling was a roach. My husband had to kill it with a sugar pack . I quietly brought it to the attention to our waiter , he did not make a big deal which really worried me. Instead he left bill for us to pay unfinished food. This will be last time we ever come here.... More

We enjoyed both breakfast and lunch on two separate occasions and will be back often. The menu selections are usual and unusual, fresh and creative. The menu is large and the daily specials are just that. For breakfast there was a special w caviar and a breakfast salad w eggs and Canadian bacon. You can count on this place over... More

My husband and I were walking up and down the blvd and found Jumpin Java. The place was busy on the outside and looked very cute. We walked in and were greeted right away. We were welcomed to the bar for a quick espresso shot and coffee. We didn't have time to stay and eat but we will definitely be... More

I ordered the turkey burger because the menu description sounded so yummy! The bread was very soggy. The onions weren't cooked all the way and the lettuce was rotting. The actual turkey burger was very juicy and tasty. You have your choice of home fries, salad, or french fries. The salad I chose looked better than the lettuce on the... More

Our first morning waking up in Los Angeles, California and we needed to decide on a place for breakfast. We had only two requirements: that it be close to our hotel and it had coffee. We are not picky. We are not adventuresome breakfast eaters - rarely straying from eggs and pancakes. But still we didn't want to eat in... More

Found this place really close to our hotel near Universal Studios with the help of Trip Advisor. Great atmosphere. Relaxing, outdoor dining. We enjoyed smores pancakes, an eggs benedict waffle, Louisiana hash, an apple pie waffle, and banana nutella crepes. Everything was perfectly prepared and our waiter was wonderful!

Meet my girl friends here for bkfast, the menu is very large and filled with various choices etc.. the coffee is good and the service is also very good. The prices are decent and most importantly it has the warm feeling of catching up with friends over bkfast, we usually are here every weekend for a great bkfast
