Langer's is an old fashion Jewish style deli with ample, juicy pastrami on truly great bread. Wonderful(if crowded) for a lunch downtown.

I've been coming here for over 10 years and while Langer's is best known for their excellent pastrami (also probably the best in LA) I stay with the brisket dip because it is consistently excellent. The prices are comparable to the well known NY delis (and,so you know, they don't pile on the brisket the way Carnegie does) but the... More

Well, it is a very famous place for its pastrami sandwich. I was not disappointed and the pastrami sandwich was indeed good. Though it is somewhat expensive for a sandwich. I had half size sandwich and a soup combination because I thought the sandwich was too big. I would definitely go back to Langer since it is only one station... More

I learned about Langers after watching Philip Rosenthal's restaurant review. I set my mind on their classic the original #19 and I'm glad I did, but seeing all of the other mouth watering orders come out to the other tables tempted me to try everything. And start making plans to come back, which we will as soon as we hit... More

Always love coming here with family or friends to grab the best pastrami sandwich in town. My Dad grew up in NYC and has been to countless NYC delis; after his first bite at Langer's he was convinced it was the best pastrami he's ever had. I bring all my fave East Coasters here, it's a guaranteed homerun!

I had not been to Langer's for many years. I went back about two years ago with a friend, for lunch. The service was awesome, the pastrami godly and the pickle generosity abundant. With that said, the two subsequent times I went for lunch, the servers totally went super cheap on me, big time, on pickles. I love pickles, plus... More

unless you love pastrami , corned beef or any other deli sandwich I make the trek here for the best of the best nicely sized, hard to finish, fresh deli. Also, don't forget to bring home a jar of their pickles from the counter

Lingers undoubtably has the best pastrami sandwiches in L.A. This place is always crowded, but people move in and out quickly, and the wait is never too long- definitely worth it!
