Kendall's is the only sit-down restaurant at the Los Angeles Music Center, other than Patina at Disney Hall, whose prices are stratospheric. Despite having little competition within an easy walk of cultural venues, Kendall's offers excellent food and service, in addition to convenience and value....More

My wife and I won tickets to go see a show at the Ahmanson theater a couple of weeks ago and decided to book reservations here. We thoroughly enjoyed our meals and the overall experience. I had the bouillabaisse and absolutely loved the flavors. The...More

The food and service were excellent. Loved the warm marinated olives, chopped salad, branzino, onion tart and coq a vin. Large portions. Only downside is the couch seating is too low for the tables.

Every time I go to the Ahmanson or the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion , Kendall's is always a must. You can dine inside which has a classy but cozy French ambience, or you can choose to sit at the patio. One time we got really lucky...More

We met a friend for brunch on a Sunday before a performance at the Dorothy Chandler Pavilion, and were impressed with the improvements in food and service.

We went prior to a concert at the Disney Concert Hall. We got there at 6:20 and it was very crowded and VERY noisy. It was difficult to have a conversation with my husband who was sitting across from me. Our waiter was very nice...More

If you're going to the music center and want to get a bite first, this is the place I recommend. It's close, the food is good and although it's a tad expensive, you've probably already taken out a 2nd mortgage to buy tickets to the...More

Downtown Los Angeles is a busy metropolis of towering
buildings, bustling streets, and industrial
warehouses. There is a distinct multiplicity of
cultures here with a growing influx of business
professionals and hipsters. Many call the evolution of
Downtown over recent years gentrification. New lofts,
bars, hotels and restaurants are popping up regularly.
Downtown is home to some of the very best restaurants
