We walked in about 5:00 PM and were told that we would have to get our food "To go", because they were closing for the day shortly. Having said that, the grilled chicken schnitzel was delicious and the fries were great too. They gave two pieces of pita, a large container of pickles, plastic silverware and ketchup packets in just... More

This a small hole in the wall place located in a strip mall. Please be aware that they are primarily a lunch place that closes down at 5 PM. We got there at 4:50 PM and they were very nice about serving us and letting us stay until 5:30 to finish our meal while they cleaned and closed up shop.... More

We discovers this place by accident-needed some lunch and had an amazing meal. Delicious pita, fresh food. My husband had the combo plate with more protein than he could handle, veggies and an Israeli salad. The ice tea was fresh brewed. Clean and kosher. Debit wily going back.

In a strip mall in West LA. The vegetable soup is maybe the best bowl of soup in LA. The matzoh ball soup is fabulous. Chicken shisklik, falafel, hummus, espresso all excellent. I could eat here every day. This is a real find.

Yes...best falafel anywhere is an understatement. Small but comfortable, Habayit lives up to it's name, the Home. They offer a varied menu of delicious options. The kizzezot (meatballs) are excellent and the vegetable soup is better than I make! The owners Amir & Pnina clearly treat their customers as guests in their home!

Amir and Pnina are both Israelis on a mission to make everyone welcomed and to feel at home, the food is delicious portions are so big that you always have enough and more. This is my fifth time to visit so I make a point of visiting whenever I'm in LA. Keep it up guys.....👍👍

Found the appetizers better than the main courses. The falafel, humus, salads, and pita are excellent. The chicken dishes average. The shakshuka not that great. Prices? Reasonable, especially for appetizers. Some mains seem a bit high. The service is traditional brusque Israeli style - true warmth cloaked in a harsh exterior.......like the Sabra..... You get the picture. So if the... More

A kosher-Israeli tiny restaurant (5 tables) serving Israeli cuisine. Food is served with free appetizers and is superb. I would like to see soft drinks served NOT in cans. Here you pay by the can, and there are no free refills.
