This is our second visit for lunch. We were hoping to take home some of their gluten-free cherry muffins, but had to settle for sharing the only one they had left that day. By the way, their gluten-free bread is good also. The veggie omelet is excellent as are the sandwiches.

Drove by the area and Square One looked like a good place to grab a bite. Went inside and the girl behind the counter said that on the weekends, there was full service. So I told her I was going to sit outside and she said 'great, will be out to take your order." Nearly 7 minutes and no service,... More

Everything on the menu sounds delicious. I ordered French Toast (found it on a top 12 french toast in LA), Lemon Ricotta Pancakes, and the Egg breakfast. With a mimosa of course. The french toast and pancakes were both wonderful. The french toast was so good I didn't need to add syrup. It was soft, moist, and flavorful. This for... More

This place was good but not great. My breakfast was the closest to full English.... the poached eggs were hard and the portion small, really small for the money. My son liked the pancakes and my partner liked the eggs benedict.... my daughter did not think much of the French toast. Overall i would say ok, but not great. We... More

This is a small restaurant with a very nice patio. Good service. For a little less than $5 you can order a fresh coconut that is excellent for the heat of August. The food was good but nothing extraordinary.

We visited this place for breakfast while in Los Angeles. And once we went the first day, we kept going back. The french toast is excellent. I can't comment on the other menu choices because the french toast was too good for me to choose something else. When you find a good thing, stick with it :-)

Big portions, great atmosphere, inside & outside setting. Inventive menu & Mexican coke. Also very close to the Scientology building which is worth a look in for the novelty!

Absolutely loved it here - a lovely surprise my husband organised for my 40th birthday brunch - such a zen place with an amazing menu choice of fresh food - would highly recommend if in LA.

This small restaurant is excellent for breakfast, everything was outstanding, fresh orange juice, nice pancakes and good ingredients to prepare the dishes. Huevos Rancheros and Sandwich's were really good. I will go there again next time.

Staying in Hollywood

Hollywood undoubtedly conjures up images of movie stars and high-end lifestyles, and to this day, tourists flock here from around the world to see the iconic Hollywood Walk of Fame, Chinese Theatre and to catch a glimpse of the famed Hollywood sign up close. But parties aren’t the only way to enjoy this area, many visitors come to the neighborhood to sit back with a picnic to watch a performance at the Hollywood Bowl and those looking to stay fit trek along nature trails in the Hollywood hills and in Griffith Park.
