We are local and we love Cafe Buna. Great selection with something for everyone including gluten-free. Line usually moves quickly but even if not, worth the wait!

What's that saying? Go eat where the locals eat. The locals definitely eat here. The line was out the door. Little bit of a wait but definitely worth it. Café Buna cater for gluten free and the breakfasts were very filling. We did a lot while we were in Venice and this breakfast kept us going past lunch. Poached eggs... More

Breakfast lovers will definitely have plenty to choose from here. I would have given 4 stars overall if not for the pricey menu. The average cost is going to be $15-$20 per person, depending on what you choose. We both had omelettes. I got mine with hash browns and sourdough toast, but my toast came out burnt and wasn't good.... More

We needed an early breakfast near LAX & Cafe Buna opens at 6am. They have gluten free options & the GF pancakes were yummy! The only complaint was that the toast was a little burnt. The service was very good as well.

Stopped for the Corn Flakes French Toast. Not the best one I had, but very decent. Side of bacon was a bit too soft for me (I prefer my bacon crunchy) but that is a personal preference I guess. Waiter thought I had to wait to long for my soft drink, so he took it off the tab. Nice touch,... More

Had scrambled eggs and pancakes - liked both. I also love that they have hot sauce available as well.

We tried this place because the reviews were good and we agree completely. Plenty of food for the price and a great selection - something for vegs, meat people and kids alike. Staff is helpful and know their jobs well. Food was well prepared the 3 days we had breakfast, so it wasn't just a fluke. There is free wifi,... More

Brunch café near Venice Beach and Santa Monica. Open mornings and afternoons only. Menu is heavy on pancakes and assortments of egg dishes. Sides available for add-ons. Lunches include sandwiches, hot and cold, salads and some specialty burgers. Serene atmosphere and often crowded. Sit inside because the couple of outdoor tables do not set well. Personable staff. Find your own... More

Looking for breakfast, this place has a wide variety of items on the menu. Portions are decent however taste was some what plain. It is costly with average menu items around 12 to 15 dollars a plate.
