Title says it all. Oysters were nice and juicy. But they were priced a bit steeply at 18 dollars for 6. Also took about twenty minutes to serve the fresh oysters. Rest of the food was very bland and dry. Had the crab sandwich, fish tacos and pulled pork sandwich. Would not order any of them again. Also had the... More

Food and service are always fabulous. Really fun casual place, especially when weather is nice enough to sit outside.

Shucked oysters. Outdoor seating by the bay. Really friendly staff. OK, you may need to stand in line for a while and jockey for a place to sit, but the oysters are wildly fresh as they're right out of that bay. The cooked ones were a bit overdone and over sauced, but oysters are meant to be eaten raw. Very... More

Marshall Store was everything I was told it would be which was the best Oysters I would ever taste. A beautiful afternoon was enjoyed over 1/2 dozen BBQ Oysters, 1/2 dozen smoked and a couple of beers. I could have sat there looking at the bay and enjoying the sunshine. My advice is to order and sit at the long... More

There is no way to beat the fresh oysters eaten outside at the picnic tables facing Tomales Bay. The Marshall Store is run by locals and seems to serve as a community center as well as a great place to eat. The sandwiches are on local bread and provide options for those not into shellfish.

This is a waterfront oyster bar. Seating is outside on long wooden tables in windy Point Reyes. Bring your windbreaker. Toilets are outside, hand washing is at outdoor portable sinks. Oysters are prepared in 5 different styles. Based on previous visits, we ordered raw, smoked and barbecued. The raw have the most flavor and are exquisite; the smoked are served... More

Stopped by here for an early lunch on a nice weekend. I would recommend the oysters, they are good and fresh. We also got the crab sandwich (nothing special) and fish tacos which I won't recommend, not much fish, tortilla was chewy & not much taste. Expensive lunch, mediocre food, nice view. Get some tables outdoors facing the water.

We stopped by The Marshall Store on our way from San Francisco to Guerneville. I had read about this place online and thought it would be a neat place to check out - and I was right! Very quaint and low key but delicious! We sat outside overlooking Tomales Bay, enjoyed the BBQ oysters and Oysters Rockefeller with a glass... More

Been driving 40min to eat here for many many years. First stopped when it was a tiny little store with no out door seating, my has it grown :) Best oysters around. Yes you are basically sitting on side of hwy unless you score a deck seat, but I don't even care. You are right at water, sometimes watching a... More
