Had a quick dinner at this no-frill family style Korean restaurant. Did not go through the menu thoroughly, just ordered tofu soup with beef. Chilled wheat tea was served promptly, as well as 6 courses of kimchi small plate. Love the dried seaweeds, kimchi was too sweet for my liking and not spicy enough, spicy bean sprout not too bad.... Stone Bibimbob is legit, especially the crispy rice crust short bib is real deal, not overly tenderized and processed tofu soup is hearty and tasty the small dishes are mediocre, not very impressed services is very efficient

The restaurant is always crowded and need to wait for the table. But it is worth to wait as the food is nice especially the soup.

I have been dinning here for more than decade now. This is first place for Korean Tofu House in Bay Area. Super busy! nice hot pot and all the petite foods.

This place has some of the best fried Korean food in the south bay. But, of course, what you will likely be going here for is their really good Soon Tofu. The broth is good and the variety makes it even better. The service is friendly but it can get quite busy here at times, especially for lunch on the... More

Haven't been here in years. Not sure how a simple tofu pot meal turned into a super expensive tofu pot meal. Service isn't too great because they are understaffed, the decor is pretty terrible. The food is ok but they really raised prices lately. Dinner is outrageous. I will probably never come back again, not because the food is bad... More

So the pork tofu served in stone pot was really good. Balanced flavors, generous amounts of meat and tofu. This is the dish you should eat here. A appetizer for 2 size Japjae clear noodles arrived, perfectly flavored. 8 different sides dishes appeared. My favorite restaurant serves 10 but 8 is adequate and their prices are about $3 higher. There... More

We ate here for lunch. Arrive early, this restaurant fills up! The food was quite tasty with a good menu selection. We had the ribs and a fish soup and found them well prepared and good. Noodles were served prior to the meal and the side dishes came with the meal. The tofu side dish was quite tasty and I... More

If you go to a place called Tofu House - order the Tofu? Ive been to this place many time, and never had anything other than great food. Then again, I've ordered the Hot Tofu, boiling in the stone dish, accompanied by 8 different little side dishes, freely refilled. Yum.I wouldn't order fish at a steak place, I wouldn't order... I'm not particular about Korean restaurants and my favorite places are probably street stalls in grimy markets in Busan, but I do expect a certain level of food quality and service wherever I go and this place doesn't measure up. I walked in right after opening at 11:00 a.m. and was promptly directed to a seat in the middle of... More
