We got vouchers from our Hotel to eat here and I was pleasantly surprised on how good the service and food was. This is a place you should definitely visit while there.

Such a cute, classy spot. Outdoor seating and blankets if it's chilly! Order the Lobster benedict for breakfast....it's the best breakfast I've ever had. Pricy, but honestly worth it. Nice staff and a pretty place to sit outside.

We were staying at the Montecito Inn last week and found Jeannine's a short walk down the sidewalk, with indoor and outdoor seating. We enjoyed the delicious healthy oatmeal with fresh fruit, although there were a lot of pastry treats and egg dishes. Comfortable atmosphere.

This is the fourth time I've visited this restaurant as I travel along the 101. It is easy to access off the freeway and easy to park on the street. Today was Easter -- so it was busy, but it was impressive to see what a well-oiled staff team they have there to accommodate the rush. Everyone was pleasant and... More

Went for breakfast was really busy. You wait, order, pay and then get a table. Was not relaxing- It just felt frantic and rushed. Pancakes were good, cappuccinos tiny- was an expensive breakfast based on the level of service you get.

I like to research places to eat and see before we visit somewhere new, and Jeannine's came out on top consistently for the best breakfast - and I can see why. The atmosphere is unbelievably charming (especially if you sit outside) and the food was phenomenally good. I could drink their new Cubano Latte every morning for the rest of... More

This is a great place for a group of people to dine al fresco or indoors. The menu for brunch has a good selection of sweet and savory dishes so everyone will be able to find something they like. Loved the unique styles of benedicts and all the different french toast options. everything tasted fresh and our food came out... More

$70 for breakfast for three people, with self-service coffee and no juice. Thrown in the back near an absurdly loud, frenzied open kitchen with clattering silverware and shouting cooking staff. The food itself was decently prepared, but not remarkably so. Nice French dishes, but the ambiance is not here. Not worth the money.

Love breakfast here. The pancake breakfast is the perfect blend. Will be back again. Not recommended for small children as it is a bit cramped and noisy inside. Also, be prepared to wait in line as you must order from the counter.
