Great find after walking the strip and comparing menus'. The food is excellent, clam chowder in a sour dough cob fantastic. Wine excellent and very reasonable prices. The staff were also very friendly, helpful and courteous. Morro is a quaint little seaside stop and this...More

When we seated 3 people eagerly offered us something to drink and once the got our drinks we were ready to order however after waiting 15 minutes no one came back to take our order. Mind you mid week wasn't too busy. We just walk...More

The food wasn't bad. Nothing memorable, mind you, but not bad. The service, however, was significantly lacking. Considering that prices on the Californian Coast aren't exactly cheap and the average tipping percentage is 20%, you would expect to be allowed to sit and enjoy your...More

Charles, Thank you for letting us know of your experience at our restaurant which clearly was a disappointment for you and your wife. It looks like we will need to review the service standards with our staff as this is not what or who we...More

Beautiful waterfront seating. Good service. We split a sandwich which came with coleslaw and a pickle. The coleslaw was minuscule. The sandwich was so very delicious. I would like to go again, as there were many other items I would have liked to try.

This was the best lobster bisque I've ever had!! I opted for half sandwich and soup. Soup was fabulous and turkey sandwich was just ok. I thought bread would be toasted so cheese would be melted. Avocado wasn't ripe. But bisque was worth it.

We were loitering along the Embarcadero on our last day of summer, and walked out of the skateboard museum into this place right next door. As we were not in a hurry- the glacially slow service was acceptable. We eavesdropped on the next table, who...More

Vegetarian tacos were excellent. Mango salsa was fresh and flavorful. Cabbage slaw topping crisp and not drenched in mayo. Black beans well seasoned. The Caesar salad was blah. Dressing not flavorful at all. Romaine lettuce limp. Expected more.

We go to Blue Sky Bistro nearly every day. The staff are friendly, the food is consistently good, and the bay view from the patio can't be beat. Be sure to try the mahi-mahi fish tacos and the breakfast burrito. Ask if there is chili...More

Our lunch last week was enjoyable, table in the sun, attentive waiter, delicious shrimp salad. We ate there again for dinner, a big disappointment. All of our dishes were just awful. Three different pasta entrees served in watery, over-garlicky"sauce" which had no hope of ever...More

Spectacular views and outdoor tables make this "Bistro on the Bay" a perfect spot to relax, enjoy a latte or organic coffee and hot breakfast.Breakfast is served all day. In addition to the indoor seating, there are 18 outdoor waterfront tables to enjoy watching the seals, otters, pelicans and other nature as well as watching the sailboats drift by. There is soothing live weekend entertainment in the morning and it gets a bit kicked up in the afternoon during happy hour and they have their own house wine among a great wine list.
