I never ate here so I can't review it but I wanted people to know it no longer exists. I did have a drink here once while I listened to some music for a short time. Apparently there is now a Mexican restaurant at this location.
Want to have reasonably priced good food? Then this is your place. You can have large or small meal, good wine and beer, weekend music. When I just want to grab a bite before heading to the next spot, this is where I go, and I will go out of my way for it. All year long...never had a bad... More
Excellent food and great specials!! The staff is very attentive and the service was fast. They have a fireplace that you can eat in front of.
Nice little place. We were here just for beers and fried food. We were not disappointed. Really good onion rings and the breaded jalapenos were tasty (but pretty hot). Would not hesitate to go back, nice low key place off the path.
Went on a Saturday evening in the off season, guitarist adding atmosphere. Greeted promptly, excellent service, good fish and chips. Good selection of local beer, which I enjoyed. Friends and I will return on our next trip there.
We went to the Wayside while on our road trip. After having a couple of mediocre dining experiences it was a pleasure to have some great food. The lobster bisque was divine and we were there on a night that the wood fire oven was on, so we were able to taste the amazing pizzas too. There was live music... More
We had the burgers, very good, cooked just right. We were a little early for the band but as they were setting up the did a little practice and they were not bad. Beer was cold and they have several that are "regular beers" not IPA's. Service was good. Everyone was friendly.
We were travelling to different National Parks when we decided we needed to take a break. We located the Wayside Grill on Tripadvisor. When we arrived the service was friendly. My family decided on fish and chips, a personal pizza and lobster bisque including a Caesar Salad. All were fantastic! Did you know that you can purchase the package of... More
Patio setting looking into forest of trees nice at sunset, will allow dog out on patio. Inside clean, a/c. Pizza special is a good deal and their nightly specials are good as well as their burgers. Waitress attentive. Local beers available too. See menu on their website and call for nightly special for prices.
