I went there on Friday about 6 pm. There was no room for everyone to seat. The hamburgers are not bad, but not specially good too. It's better than McDonald's, but this doesn't mean too much.

If you're looking for an old-style fast food place, In-n-out is the place to go. They stick to their old menu and prices are amazing. And food is really good. It's vegetarian friendly as well (ask for the grilled cheese). Look up their secret menu...More
Went there after watching One Republic at Shoreline and the place was packed with everyone getting out of the concert. We were a party of 8 so it was challenging to find a seat to begin with and then we got our order after almost...More
If you want a good burger this is the place to go. Yes it is a chain, but the food and service is very consistent. The staff maintains a high level of cleanliness. This one like most have a weird parking lot.
If you don't spend a lot of time on the west coast, you should at the very least hit up an In-N-Out for some delicious food

We chose the drive through, and waited nearly 20 minutes for our burgers. Well worth the wait, and the secret sauce is special. I even got a free hat from the staff!

Order was taken promptly and prepared in a reasonable amount of time. Burger is much better than other fast food sites. Ordered without onions and prepared just as I asked. Cashier was friendly and efficient. Easy access off freeway.
