Great shabu shabu with a lot of package choices including different broths. Great setup where 2 people can have separate broths.

My son recommended this place and I was glad that he did. Unusual but a very delicious meal. I would gladly return.

We eat at Shabuway all the time! We always say it makes the meal an activity because you're cooking your food at the table. Great quality beef and vegetables and wonderful service. My boyfriend lived in Japan and says this feels a lot like home :)

It's not a hot pot restaurant even though there are similarities to the HotPot concept. If youre looking for exciting spicy broths this isnt for you. If you want a fun meal thats different, thats what youre going to get.

Broths were bland. Table too small. Understaffed and poor service.Menu unfolded took 2/3 of table and tipped over the dipping sauce bowl. When I pointed this out to the waiter he brought me a pile of napkins. The cook top only holds one pot so even with the half and half, when 4 people want different broths, there is a... More

If you have never had shabu shabu please go out and try it. It is in short healthy japanese fondue. I like going to Shabuway for lunch as it is fast, fresh, filling and not heavy. Lots of fresh veggies, mushrooms, tofu glass noodles and rice. Traditional broth or spicy to your taste and very good lean beef. If beef... More

Have not been to this restaurant for a while, what a pleasant surprise. Although the food basically are the same, this new manager and new crew make eating there a job. Efficient, polite, clean and on the spot service. No fuss, no pampering, but just exactly what is needed in a comfortable, healthy eatery like this. When you do go,... More

My eight year old niece told me I just had to try this restaurant. We were a party of four. I liked the idea of self cooking and sharing. The only thing I would have liked some different veggies. I did not think they complimented the dish. I would be willing to try again.

We went on a business trip expecting Japanese food. It was not what we expected. We had trouble getting our food out. The broth was spicier than mild which we ordered. The waiter never came back to check on us. It was pretty full so some people like it but our party was starving after. We decided to eat again... More

My boyfriend and I are regulars here. He likes the spicy miso but I prefer the seaweed broth. They have pots that are split so that we can each get the broth we want. We always both get the lean Kobe beef but they also have vegetarian options as well.
