The hamburgers are absolutely wonderful! Big and juicy! Fries are great too! The milk shakes are to die for!

Was finally able to stop in and enjoy my first Lou burger. Yes it's an older place, but that's a sign of how good the food is. Food is made to order at the window. They do have a transaction fee if you use a debit card. Fries are good, and the milkshakes are very very good.

Lou's is a landmark burger stop in North Highlands. A drive up greasy spoon with a good selection of burger and other choices including shakes etc. If you are tired of the chain store burger places, stop in, you will probably find a Highlands graduate there reliving the glory days..

I meet my high school friends on the 1st Saturday each month and make new friends. Great burgers- cooked fresh the way you want it. Try it their way the first time though. Shakes... More
