Great decor, nice staff, great food. Really enjoyed the meal. It is true that the prices are above average, but the quality and service seem to be aligned. Go to panda express for discount Asian

Pho 533 always set the bar for creative Asian fusion in Palm Springs. Recently given an extensive, exceedingly hip makeover, the restaurant has re-emerged even better than before, with a larger dining area and separate bar. The always innovative menu has been further extended with the addition of what may be the valley's only spring roll bar, where capable chefs... More
Just finished a fabulous lunch at 533 Viet Fusion! We were promptly greeted and shown to our table (love having the one with the small couch on one side...very comfy) where we were quickly handed menus and drink options. Our server, Ken, was friendly and polite and quick to bring us our drinks and take our appetizer order. We ordered... More
Palm Springs had lost the taste of Asia for years until Pho 533 opened. Now after its renovation, the restaurant is welcoming, festive and fun. The food is excellent! The service from hosts, bartenders, servers and table runners is top notch. Even their one dessert is worth the added calories. My favorites on the menu are: Vietnamese crepes, fried chicken,... More
We were tired and hungry and a big bowl of pho sounded perfect. We were seated immediately. Our server was Hernan who was efficient and warm and ensured we had all the condiments (sriracha, etc. ) we wanted. Unfortunately the pho was disappointing. Not very flavourful and my 'steak' pho consisted of large, thin, unmanageable slices of some kind of... More
Most likely the most bland broth I've ever had. No condiments on the table to add flavor either. The spring rolls were good. The service lack luster and not one employee smiled for our entire visit. Very cold atmosphere. It did not feel like Palm Springs at all.
I have been wondering what the buzz was all about. We dined out Saturday night. The new room is attractive and spacious and the vibe is good. The service was also very good . That's where the experience of being good ended however. The food is highly overrated. The chicken in the fried rice dish was thigh or leg meat... More
A fabulous Asian fusion restaurant. The colorful, tasty cocktails are a must try. Everything on the menu sounded delicious, but since it was a chilly February evening, I decided to go for a steaming bowl of Pho...it was fabulous! The broth base was amazing! Wish I had stayed longer in Palm Springs so I could go back a second time!
Went for dinner on a Thursday night. We did not have reservations but were able to sit at a high top table. The atmosphere is very nice and modern. I had the Pho, which was nice, broth was very flavorful. My friend had the Saigon noodles, which were starchy and not much flavor. The waiter was awful! Don't think I'll... More
The menu at this great Vietnamese restaurant just keeps getting better. I love the appetizers, the entrees - even the choice of beverages! Outrageously good.

I'm looking for a restaurant with gluten-free (no wheat, no gluten contamination like french fries or chips made in a shared fryer) and dairy-free (no cheese, butter, milk) options other than a salad without the cheese. Are there gluten-free buns available? What are some menu options for me?
