We had a delicious dinner of Tampico carne asada with an very cheesy enchiladas. Their guacamole was authentic and delicious. The wild Coyote margaritas were exceptional. Lovely outside, service was exceptional. I would highly recommend Blue Coyote!

Every time I visit Palm Springs, the first place I go to is usually the blue coyote. The people are very friendly, it has great ambience, and the food is always excellent. I recommend requesting seating on the patio. They have a couple of outstanding margaritas. Order of the wild coyote if you're not driving.

Strong magaritas, hot chilis and tasty food. We loved it. Not cheap, but ok. Try to catch an outdoor table.

Over the years, Blue Coyote has deteriorated somewhat in their food menu, as others have noted also. But their beautiful and colorfully lit garden patio remains, which we love, so we continue to eat there nearly once a year when we visit town. This year, their physical menu seemed to be more limited, and the menu itself was worn and... More

Great Mexican in downtown Palm Springs - food is terrific and so is the service. Nice outdoor seating with heaters for chilly nights. The guacamole is really yummy and fresh and our meals were delicious. Best Mexican food in the area. Highly recommend it!

We visit Palm Springs every year and Blue Coyote is always our first stop. This year was no exception. I had the Sante Fe Smoked Enchilada: shredded chicken with red chili sauce. It comes with generous portions of rice and black beans. Excellent! We shared a pitcher of margaritas. These are easily the best margaritas we've ever had! I wish... More

Three meals - tortilla soup was cold and bland, soft tacos bland, chicken mole enchiladas were OK. Margarita was OK. Wait staff were not overly friendly and seemed to be rushing us out - on a rather slow Sunday not too late nor too early. Will not be back because there are so many other better places in the area.

You always remember the first time you have a great experience at a restaurant. The Blue Coyote was such a place. But subsequent visits somehow never seem to measure up to the first time. But during our visit to Palm Springs this winter we chose to return to the Blue Coyote in hopes of renewing our initial experience. We made... More

We visited this restaurant on a beautiful day and opted to sit outdoors. The atmosphere and service were both great. Food was ok, not a standout. We had the guacamole, which was good but not great. The seafood salad could have been much fresher with the mahi mahi quite fishy tasting.

Thank Heidi D
