I ate at Wang's two days ago with several friends. This is not a "Chinese" restaurant, but rather an American version of Asian fusion, which is just fine, but you should know this before you go. For example, they have Pad Thai and other Thai dishes, which taste different than you get in Thailand or regular Thai restaurants in California.... More

High end Chinese food with a Thai flair. Soup, noodles, shrimp, chicken...all done with fabulous flavor and a wonderful staff. We are locals and have already booked another party for this Saturday. So glad we finally visited Wang's...we will be regulars.

Probably the best place for Chinese in PS - the food is over sauced and greasy. Not particularly well prepared, but edible. Portions are big and the service was good. The decor is nice.

I enjoyed my Cashew Chicken Dinner! I was the only person at the table to ask for a knife and a fork. I never learned how to use chop sticks!?! I also noticed that they have a rather large out side patio. I have seen in a Palm Springs publication, that they have Happy Hours and Funds Raisers for various... More

We were there on a Monday night so I was expecting smaller crowds and good service. I was right on one count but the service became an issue. Food- the 3 dishes we ordered were done well with great fresh tasting flavors but they could have been hotter (temperature wise). Here is where the service issue came into play, tea... More

Always go to Wang's at least once on our regular visits to Palm Springs. Food is the best Chinese we ever had. Wait staff very helpful for ordering and know just how much to get.

We could not recommend. Over priced. The tempura shrimp entree consisted of 4 shrimps for $26. Seating hostess had no flexibility to recover our unhappiness.

We went a couple of times and the food was great. Had coconut prawns appetiser and sweet & sour chicken for main the first trip, ordered chicken rice and didn't need it as the sweet & sour comes with plain rice. Second visit had beef skewers which were fantastic & large, enough for 2 people and again had the sweet... More

I've heard good reviews of this place but I was not that impressed. It's sort of a Chinese/California fusion. It's expensive has small portions and is pretty expensive. Nothing to write home about.
