Joya is a very good restaurant but not a good value. The tapas are excellent but portions are very small, even recoginzing that tapas by their very nature are meant to be small plates.

We were first timers here for tapas/early dinner. We got seated at an open window area overlooking the pedestrian sidewalk. We enjoyed the different selections presented: kobe beef mini-burgers, latin empanadas, braised short rib tacos, calamari, and the delicious caramelized brussel sprouts. The 2 Manhattan...More

Good Tapas selection. The tacos were great as were the salads. Do not miss the brussel sprouts. Shrimp and mussels also good. Nice quiet venue. Good service. Makes a good martini. A nice evening out.

We were four friends and we found a lot of choices, so that everyone was satisfied. We ranged from cheviche to tapas. Good choices of cocktails and drinks. Service was quick. Price reasonable for the area.

Joya’s in Palo Alto is a great place to have Spanish cuisine. They have a decent collection of wines, cocktails and 5 beers on tap besides a variety of bottled beers. The ambiance was good but a bit loud. Our server got us an octopus...More
