Love this place for their american diner charm and good food, good value. When I was expecting my first, I basically survived on their oreo cookie mint milkshake and chicken salad melt. Their fries are awesome and so are their burgers. There's another outlet at the Stanford Mall but I prefer this outlet for its authenticity. Great place for breakfast,... More

I still love coming here for the fantastic milk shakes, but it's not the same place I remember coming to as a kid. Still, I highly recommend bringing kids here for the fantastic milk shakes & fries!!

Stopped here for dessert-had cones-wide selection of flavors -also a diner-traditional favorite in Palo Alto.

At how many places can you get a perfect Rueben sandwich with a side of hash browns for a Sunday brunch? At the same time, my companion enjoyed a perfect omelet with crispy bacon. The pies are baked daily on the premises and if you give them fair warning they will bake you a custom version of that regional favorite... More

This is a great place to have dessert after the show or just hang out. You can eat at the counter or at tables. It is one of the few remaining old-time diners left. There are daily specials for every meal and the prices are not bad. They even sell some candy at the register! The service is great, the... More

Stopped in for breakfast based on reviews -I was sure happy. So much of the food here is homemade-bread, sausage etc. So it follows that the food is terrific. I had the Sausage Skillet breakfast & others had the Belgian Waffle & Pancakes-all terrific. No room for trying the homemade pie so we took one home-it was awesome. This is... More
