We are a local couple who had diner here last night after a Rhone Rangers wine event. Only highlight was the Potato-Leek soup that was terrific. My $42 rib-eye was about 1/2 in thick, poorly cut with a large bone, gristle, etc. I was not happy and was going to send it back but it was getting late and we... More

We found this gem in Paso and I am glad we did. We sat in the sort of hidden patio in the back and had a wonderful meal. Everything was prepared perfectly and there are a lot of options for vegetarians. You can tell they care about food, where it comes from, and how it is prepared.

We dined for the first time at Thomas Hill Organics on a cold December night and weren't certain about it before arriving. The website warns that there is limited indoor seating with most of the seating on the patio. And a friend told us they loved it for lunch there but had never been there for dinner. And when we... This is one of the better restaurants in Paso Robles. The patio worked with the heat lamps on a cooler day. I would be concerned about what it would be like during those hot PR summer day.s

This is basically a heated patio area but done with class. My wife had the Tri Tip Pastrami sandwich and I had the Soup of the day which was French Onion. The dishes were outstanding and the service excellent.

Recommended by our hotel front desk person. What a unique find! located in an open patio and closed in by a large tent structure. Fire place, lots of heaters, awesome food smells, really friendly staff. The menu and wine list were awesome. Totally recommend this place.

We had come here for lunch a few years back so we decided to return for dinner this time. My friend ordered the duck, and I originally requested the pork loin but was informed that they had run out so I settled on a ribeye steak. We started with the crispy brussell sprouts, which were interesting and pretty tasty. The... More

Farm fresh food done with culinary skill. Vegan and gluten free options. I highly recommend the black lentil tacos, roasted brussel sprouts and burgers- veggie and nightly special. Seating was in a patio, but it was covered with tons of heaters- it was December and we asked the waiter to turn down the heat, which he gladly did. It is... More

Well prepared and well presented - I look forward to returning to try more of the menu. Not cheap, but quite reasonable for the quality

I used to live in Paso more than 20 years ago and had not come back in all that time. Came for a visit and decided to walk around and saw Thomas Hill on Trip Advisor and know my wife loves organic restaurants plus...she had NEVER been wine tasting. We wandered over and had a great tasting with Riannon (hope... More
