You can tell a lot of love goes into The Tearoom Cafe! We happened to stop in, and I'm a big tea drinker. They had a lovely assortment of imported teas, and I got a fresh pot of Assam. (Not my favorite, but not bad). We had different scrambles, and everything we saw looked delicious! The crowd was young and... More

The food here is very good, and the menu is varied and eclectic. The breakfast selections, especially the egg, pancake, and waffle items are all really tasty . But, that said, it is impossible to have a conversation at your table because of the noise/din. For me, that is a death knell. If only they could put in some serious... More

Great place for Sunday brunch. Might need to stand in line, but worth the wait. Large portions, extensive menu. Old favorites and unique dishes, too. Plan on about $15 per person. Gluten free options.

It's the Wandering Yank here. Mrs. Yank and I were in Petaluma recently at brunch time, and since she had good memories from an earlier visit, she insisted it was the place to go. And a good choice it was! Very informal - you order at the register and take your numbered flag to your table - and wait (and... More

Visited here on a hot Fall morning, and we sat outside for some breeze. You order at the counter and then pick a table. We tried one of the lavender scones, almost like a biscuit, which was good because it took awhile for the food to arrive. There are dishes including eggs, pancakes, creative omelettes. I liked the tofu scramble, which was... More

We have visited twice and sat outside both times. That was a mistake both times. There is a lot of noisy traffic (giant tanker trucks, Harleys) that make conversation very difficult. Ironically, we'd thought that it was too noisy inside so we opted for the sidewalk seating. The sidewalk is uneven so it's not even comfortable seating. The food is... More

Wife and I had an amazing breakfast here! Awesome, creative menu. Delicious food. The chorizo scramble was spectacular. Bring cash- they don't accept plastic.

My husband and I have enjoyed some seriously yummy meals here in this lovely little café. It's small, but the food is mighty, mighty good. And on sunny days, there is outside seating. There all sorts of soups, sandwiches, specials, breakfast, muffins, just yummy goodness, all cooked from scratch and many healthy, yummy choices. We go here as often as... More
