We have been going to Tina's for years starting out in El Sobrante. She serves ample delicious breakfast which makes this restaurant very popular. Arriving early, you'll get seated right away. If you wait till later in the morning, there is a line out the door. The wait is well worth it. On the weekends they have a special menu... More

The breakfasts are very tasty and extremely large portions. My wife and I always have leftovers to take home for a 2nd meal. After several breakfasts at Tina's we decided to try it for dinner and were very disappointed. Again, large portions but the steak was tough and unseasoned. The pasta lacked was below average. WSe will continue to going... More

Tina's staff are very nice, the food is great, and it is a nice place to enjoy a local meal. Seating can be a little tricky at times, and it can be a little noisy, but it's a nice place to enjoy a meal; breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

The restaurant was simple but it did have good food. It did have some funny stuff in the back including a real Edsel car in the back. I never would have seen it if I didn't go to the bathroom. We ate simple food but it still was good.

7:30 on a dreary, damp Tuesday. Nice music, not too loud. Coice of tables, and plenty of staff. With the comfy chairs and the wooden floor, and the high ceiling, it a very pleasant atmosphere. TV's on, but no volume and not obtrusive, due to the high ceiling. Staff very eager, perhaps a tad too much, or a tad too... More

The staff are nice, and they serve decent meals. It can be quite busy at times, which says good things about the business. But that can also make for long waits to be seated and gives the room a noisy, frenetic vibe. We like brunch here with mimosas if it's not too crowded.

My daughter visited me (from NY) and we went to this place for a breakfast on Sun Nov 27. The place was about one third full. It is common that the toast comes with the meal. Not at this place (it cost us $2.50 for two slices). The Veggie Scram and Oats with Hot Tea and Coffee inclusive tips was... More

Went to Tina's for Sunday breakfast based on the recommendation of friends. What an unappetizing start to the day, so very disappointing. The worst meal by far, was the country biscuits with gravy. The biscuits were dry and flavourless, baked in a sheet pan, a very generous serve, however, unedible. The gravy had chunks of what seemed like fat in it,... More

Great place for breakfast and/or lunch. Food is excellent and portions are large and priced reasonably. S one times there is a bit of a wait to be seated.

I really like Tina's! Great food, friendly service. WE have only been there for Breakfast, which are very big and quite good. The place is a bit noisy, but we would go back!
