This was the 2nd year in a row that we had a large group meet @ Hog Wild BBQ before we attended the Christmas musical @ Green Valley Community Church. The food is excellent, and the staff was so accommodating in reserving a couple of tables for our group of 18 and getting us all fed and on our way... More

Being a resident of Texas, we didn't have high hopes. But, it was well rated, so we dropped in for lunch. There was no reason for pause! Really good BBQ, even on the ceasar salad that was topped with smoked chicken. Sometimes, BBQ is too smoky for my stomach, but this had great bar-b-que flavor without being overpowering. My husband... More

Have been here many times. Food is pretty good and service is great. Beer/wine prices are ok but a little high but then most places charge a lot for alcohol because- they can! Hey, they make more on alcohol at all restaurants than their food. Ribs are ok. Eat something else.

Family ordered Ribs, brisket, pulled pork and everything was very good. The meat had a great smoke flavor, good bark and was well seasoned and juicy. The sides were also excellent and my favorite being the pinto beans. The fresh baked muffin with honey butter was unfortunately just a little bit dry but really not enough to tarnish the lunch... The BBQ is really strong here. The servers are very friendly and food is done in in like 3 minutes. You must go here!

I really like Texas style barbeque and this places does the lone star state proud. Had lunch with my cousin and we tried a variety of meats, all were good. I had the two meat plate with potato salad and the small green salad. The brisket was trimmed a little on the fatty side, but dang it was tasty, and... More

This is fabulous barbeque! I had the baby back ribs. Mrs had bbq chicken breast. Waiter recommended both and he was spot on! Ribs fell off the bone. Chicken was juicy & tender. Will definitely be coming back!

Have gone back several times and different plates. The Best Bargain seems to be the 2 meat selection and you can even add extra meat for a small amount of $....this is not necessary though as their portions were good sized. Got the pulled pork and brisket and next time tried the ribs. For me, the Brisket was the best.... More

Hog Wild is a nice stop on the way to the lake. It's easy to get to and has a small outdoor dining area. We tried one of the shared platters so we tasted the brisket, pulled pork and chicken. The best BBQ can stand on its own without sauce. The brisket and pulled pork were very good but needed... More

I've eaten there a few times and each time the food is fabulous! The ribs are always tender. The chicken has a mild smoked flavor. The portion sizes will always be enough for now and later.
